Went in today to get shoes for my 6 year old and Sydney was awesome. She was very patient and knew how to deal with kids really well. Finally found some shoes that he's happy with!

Was at the Williams in Redbank and they didn't have one of the shoe colours I was after in stock. They put me onto the Mitchelton store and they were able to ship the colour I was after out to my house. Great customer service.

Very pleased with my Diana Ferrari shoes I bought this afternoon. They feel better than slippers. Wonderful customer service. Thank you.

I get storage space is limited and you can't have every size of every shoe in stock - that said, every time I've been there there's no stock of a shoe I need, which means another non sale. There gets a point where perhaps the store is just too small to bother operating if you can't supply showcased items.

In terms of customer service, it's exceptional. The store was clean and well presented.

Poor customer service from a woman called Caroline. When I expressed my dismay at the recently discounted shoes that I had paid $140 only the Sunday before, the sales person scoffed, showed no sympathy and replied that "this had happened to all of us. " I think my response was justified as the shoes were now discounted to $90. I don't have cash to throw around. In addition, the staff seem cold and aloof, as if they are doing the public a kind turn by attending to the plebs of Brookside.

Bought a pair of boot here about a week ago and the sales lady was very friendly, not pushy, had good product knowledge and she made buying my boots an extremely easy process.

Last week I went in to purchase a pair of shoes to find that there was 2 right feet only
The sales lady was quite rude about it when I told her
I thought she might of taken my details and given me a call if the left shoe had been returned

A great affordable shore store inside the Brookside Shopping Centre! Always great fashionable shoes & boots! Great friendly & helpful service provider by the staff in store! Wheelchair access to the store is available! Parking is available in the Brookside Shopping Centre car park!
