The sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful at Williams Shoemen at Robina. They didn't have what I wanted but the lady gave me many options, one of which was to get them delivered free of charge to my house, which I did not know they did. They arrived recently and are prefect. Thanks so much for the great service.
Last week I really wanted to get some new comfy everyday shoes, I had 4 pairs in mind that I was eager to get right then and there and was trying to wait patiently while the two staff served other customers that clearly didn't know what they wanted.
Was completely ignored for at least solid 10 minutes while staff served other people that didn't even end up buying anything. I don't mind waiting at all, but to not be greeted, then not even a "I'll be with you soon" not even the slightest acknowledgment, is not okay. More training needed for staff.
A huge shout out to Leanne and the team at Robina for their impeccable customer service while sizing up our two kids for school shoes. The team took great care and time to make sure they were fitted properly and even gave our 5 year old some impromptu lessons in tying shoe laces. Rare to have these experiences in retail these days.
