Mums do yourself a favour and skip across to Kmart for your kids school shoes. Spent and absolute fortune on school shoes for my youngest to last 1 and half terms. Went in to see if there was anything they could do for me, a valued customer but nope apparently it’s scuffing. Well of course it is but when you pay that much money for your kids school shoes you expect them to handle a little more wear and tear than your average $30 pair with the cost of living the way it is it’s so frustrating when you fork out your hard earned money for terrible quality! I won’t be shopping there again, for myself or my children. Minus 1 star….

DONT SHOP HERE for school shoes. Nothing better than wasting hard earned money on cheaply made school shoes that should see the year out, especially for a 5 year old. No exchange offered as it’s like they’re paying for the shoe out of their own pocket. Please, you work in a shoe shop, get a grip. BE BETTER! DO BETTER!

Was in store today 11/04/23 the two girls looked at me went out the back waited for One of them to come back for ages ended up serving myself going through different size shoes very disappointed with this store Finally got some attention when I had to pay won't be going back

I went in to buy a pair of shoes for work. They had a deal buy one get another half price. So, I bought a pair of Billy sandals. A few days later I wore the sandals for the first time. They were so comfortable. People literally asked me where I got them from. I loved them so much I went straight back and bought two other Billy design sandals (they still had the same sale). The work-shoes I bought have been amazing and are so comfortable. I just love the quality and my feet hold up all day, I highly recommend Williams shoes, for quality, price and style.

To the blond lady with the distinctive blue eyeshadow that works there.you make me not want to come back ever. I’ve been in this store twice this week for shoes and both times you were really rude and displayed awful customer service. I don’t understand your bad attitude. You should not be working in retail

I purchased a pair of Lynx shoes for my granddaughter in January 2021 unfortunately they had a fault the staff at Williams Helensvale were very accomodating
They replaced the shoes though not there policy as I didn’t have original receipt and was not a member. Pays to be a member I now know. Anyway thankfully they exchanged the school shoe thank you so much
Cannot recommend them strongly enough for great customer ongoing service.

Salesman was outstanding. He listened to what we wanted and provided an excellent service to us. It was an absolute pleasure to shop at your store today. If you can align my feedback to the salesman that served us please pass on our thanks. You have an outstanding employee right there. PS. Just for the record I have never met this young man before. I'm sure this praise might sound like he is a relative of mine but he isn't.

I was in shop and bought 1 pair of shoes got offered a second pair for 1/2 price so i picked a different colour, i was served and out in 10 minutes it was amazing i wish i could do all my shopping that quick xx

Went to buy a couple of pairs of shoes for my son. The lady with tatoos (staff) was very rude. Walked out without buying.

Awesome staff, understanding & really helpful with sizing & fitting school shoes for my 5yr old son. Will definitely return.
