Very helpful staff member assisted me to purchase supportive but nice looking shoes to wear with dresses.

Excellent shop. I found sandals very easily after looking around another shopping centre and finding nothing I liked. Will go back to this store again.

Bought a new pair of Brown leather walkers. $100 marked down to $70. Also bought a new pair of Shaw & Smith for $99. Buy one get the cheaper pair for $35. Not bad. Good shoes last longer and it's worth spotting these sales. Signed up for membership so I get $6 off my next purchase. You Sales Assistant was very helpful. Offered the water proofing and leather protection. I have these. If you have leather shoes these are must haves. Photo is of my old pair that have lasted 8 years. They'll be pub shoes and can take the public urinal easier.

Love this store. Between it and the Springfield one, I always get the exact size and style of shoe I am after, with a smile!

I certainly will never enter this store again. Incredibly nasty sales clerk with an extremely offensive attitude. Her mien right from the start was one of "I can't be bothered with this customer". When asked whether the product was made in Australia, her reply was "does it really matter to you? ". It went downhill from there. If Mandy was the owner of the store, I certainly don't see how this store can possibly stay in business. If she is not the owner of the store, I would strongly recommend that the owner send in a few secret shoppers to understand the low/nonexistent level of customer service here. This is why people are shopping online instead of buying in-store.

Leanne, at Williams Springwood shopping Centre has been amazing helping me to find a pair of shoes for my 'needing extra special care" feet!
She was patient, kind, and very resourceful: she did not have my size in the shoes I wanted but she rang around William stores until she found them, and asked them to hold them for me!
Even if this is common practice, she did it in a way that made the whole thing feel exciting rather than a burden! Thank you Leanne! Williams, you want to keep employing people like her!
