One of the worst ever pharmacies I have ever used
They take forever to get a script done and half the time it’s wrong
They wrongly accused me of stealing in front of all the customers and demanded I give them bank statements to prove I was innocent
When I looked at my bank statements I was not even in their shop on the day they said I was a criminal
They are the worst company ever they are thieves and criminals selling drugs

Wow talk about ride when they think no one is looking!

Medical cannabis has an automatic mark up of $20 plus EVERY SCRIPT!

Staff don’t like being challenged by customers, pharmacist think they can belittle you with discriminatory remarks!

I watched them be ride to an elderly gentlemen lady tone I went in and then watched counter staff laugh at him on his way out!

This pharmacy is great and gets very busy. I was served by a really helpful lady (I think her name was Tilly). She was super helpful and gave me some great advice and gave me options for different medications A+

Constantly selling expired items! Check everything you buy because they don’t check stock obviously. Even after calling and letting staff know I purchased a 3 wks out of date juice, I got no apology, no offer for replacement. Then I went beck 2 wks later to see the same stock untouched.

I accidentally purchased another DIFFERENT out of date juice again today and cbf calling for nothing, So here’s a well deserved review. Check everything or go somewhere else imo

A great pharmacy. Staff are so warm and friendly, and they even matched Chemist Warehouses prices which I thought was wonderful. The store itself is well laid out, plenty of space in the aisles, with products that you simply cannot find anywhere else. There is an emphasis on natural healing and well-being which I simply cannot find at any other pharmacy. Vinnie the pharmacist is always lovely to everyone and there is a sense of community here. I love this pharmacy and it has become my regular!

Great shop, just don't rock up close to closing, they shut the doors and will even come out to tell you they are closed before closing time.

Double charged for a script one month later. Then denied a refund after producing the transaction in my bank account that clearly showed I had indeed paid for the script. Told me that they needed evidence on their system that I had paid. One hour and an half later, still unable to find my transaction even after I told them the date and exact items purchased, they said they needed to investigate further and would call me back this afternoon. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. I am still waiting on a call back and my refund.

Since I can’t reply to the response from the owner. My story has never changed. I was informed by your staff that I did not pay for my last script. I then showed them my bank statement to which they replied they would need to speak to management. They came back and advised that they could not refund me until they found evidence in your system that I had paid. It is not my fault that you records mysteriously vanished and you could not find a record of my sale. This is probably why your system showed that I had not paid. I will not change my review as it is the truth. Firstly I should have never been charged for something I did not have. Your cashier should have question why I only had one product in front of me and two on your system. I then should have immediately been refunded when I came in advising that I had been charged for my previous script. Thirdly I should not have had to come back in to the store a day later requesting a refund of something I paid for a month earlier especially after being promised a call back that I never received. I think that rather than try and paint me as a liar that you should take accountability for the poor service that I received and look at how this can be resolved so that it does not happen again. For what it is worth the girls who assisted in store aside from the cashier were all very help and it was quite evident that the issue with with management and their hands were tied. I am disgusted in the service that I received and to not even have an apology, my review remains.

MClosing 5min before 5: 30 is stuffed. Greeted by a young girl telling me we are closed you can't come in.at 5: 26 on a Sunday afternoon.
I left work early to get my medication. We don't just shut whenever we feel like it. Rude and unprofessional.

The staff are always pleasant and beyond helpful. Not my closest chemist but I go here instead for these reasons.

Busy pharmacy. Best variety in cairns. If they don't have it they will do their best to get it for you.

Best place to shop, you can find many products for affordable price, especially the organic ones.
Love their services and I have the best shopping experience with them.
I have lived many years in the city of Melbourne but never visited pharmacy and health store as good as this one.

I had to bring my ederly mum in every week. Every week the staff are incompetent with scripts and very rude. Every single time it's a horrible experience. She has dementia and thankgod I'm with her. Prices in general are expensive. Go to chemist wearhouse where service is 10x better and prices way cheaper.

Recently moved to Cairns from Sydney and did not expect to experience the level of customer service I did. A naturopath named Donna helped me find the right products for my specific needs. She asked questions and genuinely cared. The products she recommended were 10 out of 10. I will not shop anywhere else in Cairns. Absolutely amazing customer service and a wealth of knowledge.

Would be nice if the people working with the scripts actually knows what there doing. Asked how long was left of the script and was told until November. Walked in and after 25mins of waiting, then being told it was expired and nothing they can do. How about a little warning next time.
