Poor delivery service, more than a week late and nobody gave my a real answer or solution. Bad customer service.

Seems like they don't want business. Website won't let me sign in, order or even look at products. They are the suppliers of cleaning products to my workplace and they don't seem to even want that business. Everything is always on back order, which would be fine every now and then, but not every order.

Recently, we tried to do an EOFY bulk order and they The website was down, so we couldn't order online and had no history of products previously ordered, and despite being prepared with a list that myself and others put together, we still couldn't communicate with them. We requested a sales rep to come in and with the help of myself, do a stocktake of sorts, going through the list and pointing out the items we need, so they can figure out the brands and product codes and get everything we need.

He came in, and I started going through the list. First up, I mentioned the chemicals we needed and he spent the next hour trying to convince me not to order most of them, in favour of Tersano brand products. He ignored everything I said and kept explaining how Tersano works, like I was the one not paying attention or struggling to understand. I told him that I didn't have the authority to approve new products and that we still wanted the chemicals but he just kept going.

We eventually broke the cycle and went upstairs to get a visual on a towel dispenser, which he wrote down. Then we went downstairs and actually worked through some of the list. He seemed to be fine with that, but worked through it in a chaotic way. He left, saying that he would compile a checklist of the products, in categories, like what would normally be on the website and email it for us to fill out.

The order came and as was far smaller than it should have been. There were things on back order, as per, and others were just plain missing. I put the order away and then had a look at the checklist he had sent, which had about half of what was on the list that we tried to go through (which he had an electronic copy of). It wasn't a budget thing on our end because most of the items missing were essentials that we were out of. I don't understand how a simple request could be so hard. I get that mistakes happen, but so many in a row, can't be coincidental or bad luck. That doesn't mean it's deliberate of course, but there's definitely a pattern there. This whole situation could have been avoided with a functioning website, but for whatever reason it's still not working. I'm not even able to help, because despite knowing what the products look like, I can't access the site to make a mock list to give to work.

I will say that the rep did give me some helpful tips on cleaning and the delivery guy is always accurate and honest, but that delivery was a couple weeks ago now and we haven't even got the stuff that was on back order. It's frustrating to say the least.

I hope it improves, since I have no control over our product suppliers at work, but if it was up to me, i'd go somewhere else. I have tried not to reveal my workplace, since this is just my personal review, stating an issue I have and giving my opinion. It is not reflective of anyone else there.
