The White Magic blue apple and a year's worth of spares arrived today. With the heat and humidity in the tropical north of Queensland the veggies and fruit have a short life span even in the fridge.

I have had my "White Magic" spin mop bucket for 10 years. I love it so much cause it's an easy to use, clean, healthy, mopping experience. I washed my car with it yesterday, wash all my windows including the floor to ceiling ones too. Perfect for dusting and washing walls and cupboards, oh and I do wash my floors as well. It's easy to remove the mop head and throw in the washing machine in a lingerie bag. After 10 years of use the first section snapped off, and I have ordered a replacement part! Easy! Simple! Ordered parts for our older spin mop, on delivery one part was not the right one. Contacted the company, sent photos and was sent out the correct part which was received within a week. Excellent customer service hassle free.

I have recently had renovations done and I had help from family to pack up, clean etc as I am elderly and can't do much any more. So eone must have accidentally thrown out my white magic dish cloth, I was devastated, I tried other microfilm ones but they were hopeless, they were smelly and yucky in a few days, my white magic lasts forever so I had to buy a new one. I see they have changed colour too but still wonderful.

The spin mop is a great product although we have had to replace the second section of the handle twice in about 5 years.

Been using their spin mop for 6 years now, and can still be able to buy a reasonable priced handle part that does all the heavy lifting. Good product, excellent service. Highly Recommend

DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Purchased their WhiteMagic 50L smart bin product, used their own recommended bin liners, ECO BASICS by WhiteMagic and had a minor leak from the bags they manufactured.

I cleaned it with non-chemical cleaning products (I have high allergen sensitivity)
Turns out the motherboard is so unprotected to even a minor leak and it began to malfunction by opening randomly without prompting. They supplied the product with a 2 year warranty to repair or replace. Turns out that's not true because they claimed I misused the product and I intentionally put water through the motherboard.

For a $275 RRP bin it sure was made cheaply if using it for its intended purchase can destroy this rubbish bin. DO NOT PURCHASE AND ENCOURAGE THESE THRIFTERS.

Bad service. Very pushing and rude. No delivery. Turn up there and place close and told me that they would be there.
