White Grove House

I called into White Grove florist to order a bouquet of flowers. I received great service from the staff and again when I returned to collect the bouquet. I was also very impressed to see the beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers in the colours that I had requested. An excellent experience all round.

Honestly, White Grove House went above and beyond for me this morning. I was trying to place an order online for the same day delivery. Unfortunately the postcode I placed in for delivery was not generating. So I called the store, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Myer. I had explained the situation at hand & asked if they delivered to my area. Myer advised they did, and went above and beyond to rectify this online, so I was able to place my order before 11am to have it delivered the same day for my best friends birthday. From get go, the customer service was incredible! I have not dealt with a business in a long time, whose professionalism, kindness & customer service was impeccable.

Thank you so much for all the help in getting this sorted for myself. My best mate is deserving of great things, and White Grove House provides nothing but greatness! You don’t just pay for great products, but also the customer service. I will not go elsewhere from here on out and will endeavour to share your business to all those I know!

Stopped in to buy my wife some flowers for Valentines Day late in the afternoon (yes typical bloke). I managed to get some really nice pink roses and the lady in the main store was so helpful with organising a gift box for me. Can not thank the ladies enough for the great service and helpful attitude. Definitely made my wife very happy! Will be back again for sure.

Emily runs the Florist and her flowers are amazingly fresh. You can tell she puts alot of time into selecting the best produce and arranging the bunches to perfection.

I got married on the weekend & the incredible Phuong created incredible and personalised bouquets for me, my 4 bridesmaids & one groomsmaid. I gave a couple of sample images that I liked to Phuong but I left the creative direction totally up to her. What I got was the most incredible & unique bouquet that I have ever laid eyes on!

The price for our floral arrangements, petals to throw after the ceremony & then the reception centrepieces was really reasonable and extremely transparent.

Communication is a breeze and there was not a single thing I would change. The bouquet was really important to me and I am so glad we went with The White Bungalow florists!

Very good customer service, the member who I spoke to was very polite and proffessional. However the online interface, in particular the payment and delivery screen is quite confusing, giving too many options. All florists I've ordered through automatically calculate shipping, not giving the buyer the option to incorrectly select which delivery payment is the correct one. This resulted in a 2 day delay of the delivery of my order. I am currently deployed overseas, with limited use of a phone, I found this quite frustrating as the flowers were ordered in a time of need for my girlfriend. Not happy with the online service, however I'm sure the flowers will be nice and leave me in some better spirits about your service.

This is a wonderful shop. Prompt and friendly service, even when an inconsiderate individual like myself shows up near closing, on Friday, in need of a massive apology flower arrangement to be custom made
