Westfield North Lakes reviews
59 Glenda who works on the Customer Service desk deserves not only my many thanks but an award for her extraordinary efforts in trying to recover my glasses lost within 20 mins of leaving the shopping centre yesterday.
It was distressing as I am so dependent on them and sadly they have not been handed in. However the silver lining is this remarkable woman and her going above and beyond what is expected.
I love the big outdoor playground outside of the resto areas so u can eat while the kids are playing.like all westfield they have same shops just different venues. Greaat work on the designs but i wanna see new merchants since i go to westfield a lot.
Strange layout, could do with better signage inside and out but at the end of the day it's just another Westfield. Very dark in some places.
Westfield North Lakes is a thriving metropolis. The food court especially. The chairs screech on the tiled floor and the noise is piercing. The chairs could do with some stoppers to keep the noise down.
Standard Westfield Experience. Always heaps of parking. Centre very clean. Expected variety of shops. Easy shopping experience.
Very convenient shopping centre, almost everything you need for living is available. Lots of car park spaces.nice and clean, pretty new.
Got lots, very clean. Odessa the cleaner was excellent help directing to the shops we wanted. Lots if variety, very cold air con, easy access toilets, huge food court.but I dont like paying for parking so rated 4 stars out of 5.
The receptionist today is rude and lazy.
She was busy talking and joking to the male staff.
She is reluctant when I asked for help.
Just love it, heaps of shops, great food shops, there is only one problem the length of time you can park before you pay, Christmas it's so busy you should extend the parking time
No doubt a great shopping centre in a great shopping vicinity but it is always, always busy and myself personally I don't like busy
They appear to take the COVID rules in their food court to what it should be. But then add all those small businesses in the centre. Where you cannot keep the required distance. Double standard.
Extremely disappointed with the Santa pictures. Got there one to find out that our boy can’t sit on Santa’s lap… not only that the only words that Santa actually spoke to him were “no you can’t sit on my lap”. He left very upset and now doesn’t like Santa. So that’s great… thanks
Do not suggest bringing children to meet this Santa.
Good shopping centre, but male toilets by chemist warehouse are the most smelly I have ever experienced. Waterless urinals are discusting.
New and fancy. Big shopping centre with lots of cool little statues for kids, a neat fruit shop and some other stalls etc.
Westfield North Lakes qld is a very good shopping centre plenty of parking and a variety of shops and the best Cinema.
Confusing carpark with a numberplate scanner, seemed ridiculous there was a boom gate 60 meters away from stoplights, when the light went green only one car may exit at a time. This obviously added to congestion at even quiet times.
Conveniently the restrooms where located at the base of the escalator and so was the Woolworths.
The woolworths staff seemed ultra busy stocking shelves. The layout needs a complete shake up. Mostly dark (poorly lit) with there being deeply cold areas in store. Their products seemed to be in random places with some of the cosmetics and health products found in the very last isle.
Checking Lady was great.
Oh don't get me started regarding the Chemist next to Woolies, I asked for thiamine B1 I think, and they had no stock,
I asked for another product and was told it was in the warehouse? But aren't they the Warehouse? Chemist woman was nice.
Did not explore any deeper into the center.
If you require my opinion regarding what I thought of the people I saw well I won't tell you. And why when how did we all become satisfied with sitting in a car for hours at an end just to traverse a few kilometres along a so called expressed way.
Thank you
Superb range of shops, good hygiene practices. Parking was also relatively easy to get for the middle of the day.
Christmas was off the chain packed for days lol. Good to see more happy faces this year rather then last year.
Over all its pretty good except for all the hole in the roof and water comes in when rains so many.peopme fall and hurt themselves my best mate fell with her 10 week old baby the other week and they didn't even really.care the.bucket wasn't even under the.hole for a West field shopping centre u can afford to fix the problem not with buckets
Had to pay $36 for parking for staying in the centre 6+ hrs. Spent a lot of money in there today but will never again stay past 3-4hrs as the parking fees are absolutely ridiculous. Made a good experience a very bad one - I feel robbed. Awful.
