For those last minute shop for the extra bits for New Year's Eve Renner Westfield Helensvale

Great range of stores and food outlets, 3 supermarkets, great fruit & veg store. Some covered parking and plenty of uncovered. Always pretty busy.

Really nice shopping experience. Lots of parking. First 2 hours are free. Almost every type of store needed.

I love Westfield arcades being from the state they started in, but so pleased Helensvale Westfield the 1st one on the GOLD Coast! Plenty of shops & near public transport-train station trams & bus terminal within walking distance. When you live fairly close as I say for many locals also possibly it's 1 of if not my favourite arcade & the newer developed Westfield arcade @ Coo era doesn't disappoint either!

A smaller sized Westfield shopping centre, more like a mall, however plenty of great retail outlets & eateries. Very close to bus & train interchange

If you like hanging out with snooty buggers hurrying around to nowhere in particular and having an undecipherable shopping layout then Westfield is the place for you

Very good stands set up
Also an official JP stand was just outside KMART

Boxing day.my low rating is for in the insensitive young staff at the information desk that laughed at me when I was going to donate some items for adults who are doing it tough at Xmas.it's not all about the kids it can be very lonely time for some people.loneliness is the new cancer
But the security and cleaners at helensvale are amazing!

For some reason, parking can still be an issue. But. With a Coles, Woolies, Kmart, Target, food court, outdoor playground, fresh fruit n veg store, at least 2 coffee shops, you're bound to find something you need.

Lots of parking available. Very spacious and all shops nicely presented. So much to see. Lovely food court

Great range of shops. Fruit and vegetable shop has huge range of nuts, herbs and spices. Very reasonable prices. Excellent qualty in fruit and vegetables

Wow, pleasantly surprised with how big this place was and how many retail options were inside. Good amenities, great parking.

Great place to shop eat or just hang out.but you might want to stay away from the Train station alot of weird and annoying teen/kids

Massive shop by comparison to our shopping centres in North Queensland. This place had numerous specialty stores, food courts, you name it, it was probably in there?

Was at the mall yesterday and the general cleanliness of the centre has gone down. The kids play area is dirty and grubby and the parking lot has so much piled up rubbish lying around.

Bad Shop Manager Attitude and Worst product to deliver.
I bought a glass from this shop and was not adjusted properly and it did not work for me. When I came back to ask them to fix it they came with a lots of excuse and they did not fix it. I broke the glass in front of them and put it in the bin.
I hope this feed back help the shop manager will learn the customer does not go there to beg for money and change their attitude and Spec Saver will improve their product.

Only used toilet so will post another time when I've had a chance to shop. But in saying that toilets where clean and well maintained so that's a big tick for me
