There customer service was bad and they make u wait so long just to get a useless treatment!

If I would give -5 stars I would, worst medical centre ever, especially that lady at reception has no empathy towards people like she acts like she owns the medical centre. Imagine booking appt for 10.00am.sitting here for almost 2 hours and Other people came after me, but they got to see the same doctor I’m supposed to see before me, for god’s sake don’t bother wasting your time with those useless people.disgusting Medical centre
They look professional when they treat refugees people but the facts they don’t

One would think that if they’re not accepting new patients the sign should say otherwise, or at the very least have a sign on the door or the website, receptionist was not very nice when advising of this not helpful to point me toward any other places in the area.
Based on reading reviews even if they did accept new patients I wouldn’t bother!

As usual over an hour wait for a five min appointment this place is a joke watch people come in afterwards to see my doctor but been waiting for an hour now prob gonna be longer

Terrible servic. I have been coming here for several years now and I always have to wait for over an hour, no matter how early I come. No communication from the staff either. Had an appointment today at 4pm, finally got to see the docter at closing time.

Don't forget to bring your lunch while you wait. Appointment times are not honoured, you could be waiting a hr or more before you get seen.it's getting worse everytime I have to go there.we make the time and effort to be on time on our part, why dosent this practice fullfill there role. I recommend another medical centre.

I have been seeing Dr Khondaker for more than 12 years. He is one of the kindest, nicest doctors i have ever had. He takes time to listen and you can tell he really cares for his patients and really enjoys his work. I love hundreds of kilometres away now but I still class him as my GP.

Time management is something this clinic needs more of. No matter how early you try and go to your appointment you’re still the last one to leave, its pathetic even when theres not much patients around, appointment was made for 3: 30 and was not seen till almost close time, would not recommend to anyone else

Whilst I understand the climate has changed for medical centers and there is an increase of patients, I am disappointed by the lack of communication regarding delays in appointment times. I have made 3 appointments at this medical center and not once has the doctor been on time (including a telehealth). I wondered if perhaps it was the doctor I was booking with, so I changed the doctor I was booked with and still the practice wasn’t running on time. A little bit of communication goes a long way and would be the biggest area of improvement.

In an attempt to give some feedback in person I was told “that’s just the way things work in this practice” no apology, a complete lack of courtesy & the receptionist blamed other patients.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had I would highly recommend another bulk billing doctors as these ones do not care about you or your money or your health.

Very un professional, I have booked an appointment for my covid vaccine, when I went there the lady on the counter said to me I have no appointment booked, even I called a day before to confirm my appointment. Anyway the receptionist booked me in at that time I filled the form put my mobile number in the form she called me again and said what's your number this phone number is too long, while it was my mobile number.very rude and unorganised staff.i wait there for one and a half hour with little kids

Absolutely disgusting treatment by one doctor in particular I will be making an official complaint I won't mention his name here I will let it go through the proper channels I will not return to this medical centre it was a need for my child as my doctor is not open on a weekend I normally don't go to other doctors

Went in to get a covid - vaccine, however receptionist were blunt and rude both an Aussie and Indian Lady had no regard for the poor unhealthy people they were dealing with. I looked around the room and there were heaps of people that didn’t have english as their first language however I could see that the receptionist were irritated by the language barrier like come on! Get another job don’t work at a place where your supposed to care about people’s lives… and Doctors didn’t want me to get the vaccine but to wait another month to get a different variant… Open your eyes doctor we are in a pandemic right now lol who knows what will happen in a months time.could be another burst of more covid cases. I never do reviews but this places is terrible. Fyi the 2 stars is for Jenny because she was the only nice Lady there.

I had my Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination and everything went okay.
The receptionist is very nice friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much for the five stars service.

Been waiting for a very long time. There isn Australian lady that works their with blonde hair she is very rude. I had a child with me that was running around like any child would do she was deliberately being rude and asking me to control a 1 year old baby. There was a door that was open and lead to the road I closed it a little bit so my child wouldn't get run over by a car. She didn't let me close it and simply told me i should control my child or else I can't be seen by a doctor. Very bad experience with this lady I reckon she should have more rescpect and be fired.

Horrible wait times & horrible receptionists. Very unprofessional been waiting for an hour when I had an appointment. Their excuse is doctor is running behind not good enough! Receptionist should advise that at the time of booking there’s a delay. They seem to have no care about their patients. If a dr is running behind 15 minutes is understandable not an hour! Inconsiderate especially when you have small children. First time coming here and definitely won’t ever return again

Horrible wait time! I had a 2: 10 appointment and waited for an hour and it's not busy at all there was 2 people when I came in and I still haven't been seen!
