I have been a regular client here for over 7 years and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else. During this time I have always been well looked after with the services I required and always with A+ customer service. During this time I have even been a model for the new staff in training and I can say that they have extensive training and it doesn't matter who does my service, it is always a very positive experience. Absolutely amazing. I was seen as soon as I walked in and I hadn’t even made an appointment. My aesthetician was Tammy and she was quick, pain free and easily the best person who has ever waxed me. The receptionist was lovely too. Easy to say best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had and will be back!

Very Poor customer service. Had double booked over my appointment knowingly, so my appointment was half an hour later. No prior text message to inform. However was offered to a different client. Couple of days before booked me in for a facial with a new therapist who had no idea where anything was. Waisted almost an hour that day too. Incompetent team. They have lost my business. I wouldn’t recommend this place as a place to go for a relaxing and rejuvenate. It’s a hectic mess with their booking system.

Incompetent blonde receptionist on Tue booked me in with a theorist that has never worked there before. Spent an half an hour waiting for my appointment at this so called walk in clinic. Then the new theropist spent half an hour finding everything. Total time waisted 1hour. I then made a booking for Thursday instead. The blonde receptionist says after I arrive that my booked appointment is running half an hour late. No text message was even sent to me prior to inform me. However she offered txt message service to a different customer while I was waiting. So she had double booked over my booked appointment knowingly. Blonde receptionist is incompetent and should not have that responsibility. Waisted my lunch break on 2 days and no compensation from manager Kate. Not a place I would recommend to anyone as their messy booking system and customer services is very poor.

Pretty good service, but you need to check for yourself that the work and the job has been done properly. The attendants are lovely but just check on the quality of the work.

First - the people who work there are absolutely lovely.
The problem lies with quality of work. I paid for a Brazilian and was told that my hairs are probably too short to wax them all. They attempted once for each area (I did not watch how they did it/direction etc), and managed to leave large amounts of patches at the front, and patches in the other regions (regions that are not trimmed/maintained).
They never provided a mirror or anything to see the quality of work so I didn't notice until I got home. I got out my home wax, put it over the front and first-go I got all the hairs. Absolutely ridiculous that a professional cannot do that and charged me full price ($62.95)!
Also the person repeatedly dipped the same stick into the wax which can spread germs and even STIs.
I've been to numerous waxing places (in the past) and have never had such poor service. Not sure if it's the type of wax they use or the waxer themselves but either way it was so bad. I can't believe I had to fix it myself. The hairs weren't that short at all and my cheap at home wax did a better job in one go.
Won't return.

It was my very first time EVER getting waxed. Both the receptionist and the therapist were very friendly and reassuring, helping me to feel at ease with my new experience. The therapists treatment was gentle and considerate. I am impressed by the manner of the staff and very happy with the results. I highly recommend their service.

Great, professional and quick! The therapist was funny and I felt very comfortable with her waxing.

Today I popped in for a quick eyebrow wax. I've had this done a number of times in the past but I was still pretty new to the process. My therepist was exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable through the entire process, she checked to make sure I was getting the result I wanted. She was kind and help with sharing her knowledge. I'm so happy and impressed. Thank you so much for such a great service, which I clearly haven't experienced in other places. Very happy.
