Lady at desk told me to wait for an hour to my turn, says only one staff available. Waited for 2 and half hours and still no response and showed zero diligence. Waste of time.

Had my legs waxed 6 ago, and the lady was great next time I went back completely different experience. Wax was so hot it burnt me, there was no tension on the skin or positioning so my hairs just snapped off and weren’t waxed correctly. So much inconsistencies between beauticians

LADIES: if you’re getting a Brazilian you MUST request the therapist Manor. She is the best! Most kind and welcoming therapist who made me feel so safe and normalised the session, I was a little bit anxious because of previous experience but the pain levels were no where near what I have had them before with Brazilians. She is amazing!

Got a Brazilian Wax for the first time, and it didn't hurt as much as I thought. I have a tattoo, that I was under the pen for, for four hours and that hurt more than the Brazilian.

This is my go to waxing place. No booking needed and they let you know how long you have to wait, if at all. Which is great because you can do your shopping while you wait. My therapist today was excellent though I haven’t had any issues with any of the other therapists I’ve used here. The receptionist is so friendly and accomodating and I love the after care products they have.
