Wax It

I loved my experience at wax it today. I was looked after by a lady named Sallina and i whole heartedly recommend her. She is so passionate and takes so much care. I was surprised i had absolutely no redness after my appointment. I always usually have redness. Anyway i’m forever going to go her now.it was totally the most relaxing eyebrow wax i’ve ever had.

Very professional and customised experience. Clean and reasonable in price. Was able to just walk in and was seen 5 minutes later. Did a great job of waxing for both me and my partner (male).

I’ve been going to Waxit at Robina Town Centre for several years but over the past two years I make sure I’m always able to have my treatments with Helena.
Helena has great skill, experience and knowledge of the beauty industry and the facial she gave me using the Sothys products was amazing. (Shame that the ambience of the treatment room is fairly average.)

A great service with caring trained professional therapists working to give a thorough and professional service.

The lady was extremely friendly all throughout my session, she answered all questions I had regarding my skin and hair inquiries. The multiple products they had really helped target certain problem areas I might’ve had on my waxed skin. I’d really recommend the moisturising balm they applied, it’s been hours after my appointment and my skin is still silky smooth and feels refreshed which is exactly what you want to feel after a wax. All staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, I’m definitely going to be coming back very soon!:)

Customer service was good. But, used too hot wax, took about 45 min to wax, definitely not coming back.

From the moment I walked in the door everyone was lovely, the lady who greeted me was wonderful, and my therapist was a delight, she took time to make sure I was comfortable and did a fabulous job, I'm very happy and will definitely be back.

I will be going back from now because I have had bad experiences before and the lovely lady made me feel so relaxed.

Been coming here a few years and had issues prior.and articulated them …. And came back!
I was told to ask for a senior waxer … went in Sunday twice and was told the wait was 30 minutes…. I went back after 15 and was still a 30 minute wait… didn’t work for me so went back at 9.15am this morning … only juniors working until Wednesday … sheesh
Went and shopped briefly and thought I need this done …. Again the wait was 20-30 minutes…. Sadly I have a serious medical condition that fatigues me greatly…. Ive tried to stay your customer but your policies prevent me from continuing …
Oh yes I have a loyalty reward with your company that pretty much means nothing. …. Will go somewhere I can book

Don’t bother.don’t listen to feedback or work to achieve customer satisfaction… I've been going here for 4 years…. Dealt with issues previously and gave them chances…. Including really poor waxing by unsupervised juniors…. Won’t be back and will be sharing this around…. Cya

Brittany was totally professional, apart from the screaming, I totally enjoyed this first experience. It was worth it. I am not greedy. What I got was fun, no groaning or excitement but I am satisfied with what I got and grateful for the care. No pain after it was all over, all smooth. Thanks Britt
