Took 3 blankets for cleaning. Came back a week later to pick them, all looking nice and in plastic bags only to open them to find an awful stinky smell. Paid $150 to get a horrible service. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Took my formal dress in for dry cleaning to remove grease stains. They did a wonderful job with the cleaning and ensured that all stains were removed without damaging the dress. Great customer service with friendly staff and was very impressed with the result. Would recommend for prom/formal dresses.

The manager there was so nasty, very abrupt, abrasive, rude, extremely unprofessional, her whole manner completely caught me off guard. She gave me the most disgusting service, nearly bit my head of when I asked if I could pickup our daughter's formal dress any earlier, she made me feel like a complete idiot when she thought I had asked her to dry clean out a pleat, I asked her about the crease's, if she wasn't over talking me then she would have understood what I was asking, I would be happy to talk to the owner and explain in great detail exactly what happened, to top it all off, the older lady working there came to apologise for our bad experience, the manager didn't come as her co-worker said, "she doesn't feel she has done anything wrong", I cannot begin to imagine why she treated me this way, absolutely disgraceful behaviour! I took my daughter's formal dress and ran! One star is a very high rating for the service we received.

MASSIVE shout out to Tracey! Who turned a trashed/stained wedding dress into it's former glory. I will say it was expensive HOWEVER worth every cent spent! We took the used dress less than 2wks before the wedding lol and she was able to get it done less than 4days she even called with excitement that the red wine, foundation, dirt stains & perfume smell were gone and even sent me a picture! I was blown away it looked like brand new dress! EVERYONE go to Tracey you won't be disappointed she'll tell you the truth about the outcome of your garment a risk I'm glad I took as she said stains may not come out (it was bad) I was very skeptical walking into the place of business lol like they say don't judge a book by its cover lol.

Staff were so friendly, helpful and honest and took the time to explain what results could reasonably be achieved in trying to remove a stain from a formal dress…but they exceeded those expectations and did a FANTASTIC job! Looks like new! So impressed and happy with the service. Will definitely be back.

I saw her a week after i had given her my wedding gown & she told me it was finished. I was amazed at how quick abd fast it was done. Took my sister's old formal dress in and the staff were amazing, they were extremely helpful as a different dry cleaners damaged the dress. They were efficient and such quality work. The dress looks and feels brand new! 10/5 stars, will definitely go back there
