Waterford Plaza

Just the local, convenient shopping mall. Not to big not to small. Lots of renovation going on atm, so be patient. Best to visit early in the morning as people seem to get very stressed about their shopping later in the day.

Love this place everything you need fruit shop is a must believe me you won't help yourself and grab the fresh produce and plenty to eat if you want a quick bite from one of the many takeaways and cafes bakery.

I had to sign in before I enter. I think that is very good. Everyone, customers also staff members are wearing mask.l am so happy that we all are trying to do good, so that we can get through this crisis.

The only issue I have with waterford plaza is that sometimes during peek hour traffic you can wait up to 10-15 minutes to exit the plaza as this has happened to me, so I advise anyone who visits the plaza to get there before 3pm.

Clean, safe, secure, friendly staff, well stocked, good specials, located in a busy little shopping plaza and right next door to a beautiful and relaxing Tygum Lagoon.

Very disappointing. No good restaurants. Needs an uplift to make it more attractive. Coles was run well though but the toilets really do need a lot of modernization!

In all honesty I have always enjoyed going to Waterford Plaza but because of the recent construction being done to the centre it has caused drivers who wish to park in the car park to become irresponsible and drive the opposite direction if anything that needs to be enhanced at the plaza it's the lack of parking

They have a great fruit and veg shop and all the major atms here a post office and great coles and plenty of takeaway shops all close together I enjoy shopping here

Convenient for grocery shopping. The pharmacy was very friendly but the public toilets were shockingly disgusting. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
People don't put yourself through that experience.

Glad to see it finally getting a face lift. Look forward to some updates to this as it's such a popular plaza

Not that keen to shop here, a bit b grade, bit grubby, couple of places liked the fruit place and meat place are pretty good, cafes etc not that great! Asked for eggs Benedict got a fried egg of some sort, the one near the bakery, sauce was yellow butter ewww!

Good variety of good. The young man on the counter was extremely helpful. The staff on the floor made you feel unwanted.

They have upgraded the trollies for coles its tidy and they have rearranged the front of coles where trollies are to make it more accessible. Broken trollies have been removed mow

Variety of fruit and vegetables. Reasonably priced. Parking plentiful. Best shop late afternoons when weather is cooler than during the day.

The shopping centre as a hole is ok BUT and there is a HUGE BUT IN THE FORM OF PPL i have witnessed two or three inderviduals being violent to ppl unknown to each other and I personally had two indervidual of a family, mother and daughter swearing yelling screaming abuse at me and my friend with his son so close to our faces they were spitting on us.
I was stabbed in the liver with a 10cm knife by the daughter of the mother I was rushed to hospital where I had emergency surgery.
I still go to this shop and these ppl are still there doing the very same thing and im worried it's going to happen again to some inocent shopper. I don't understand why security haven't dealt with this and just to be VERY CLEAR THIS IS NOT A ATTACK on the shopping centre quite the opposite I shop for all my fresh fruit and vegetables there and use the bottle shop there which is also very pleasant when it comes to costumer service.
These women need to be baned from these shopping centres and others.
To protect inocent shopper kid's and the elderly.

I do most of my shopping at Coles Store at Waterford West, it is a very nice Shoping Centre and close to home. They are making some improvement at the store entrance at the moment.

Always looks a little disheveled. Cleaners are never seen. I now only call in if I'm desperate. Coles shelves are never stocked. Most stores are over priced for the quality of goods or services.

The car park is 2 small, even the staff that work there r not allowed to park in the complex, seen shops close due to the rent being 2 dear. This lady bought me and my dog a leash and collar, but I have dropped wallets and money they always came back. A lot of elder people are The main people who go there

It's my local shopping centre and it has all I need. Customer service is off the charts, they are all very willing to assist.

Fresh fruit and veg produce and everything else you could need (well besides packs of toilet paper anyway) all in one convenient plaza
