Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything I would expect from a retail outlet (you don't always get help and staff are not always friendly). I would recommend this store to anyone contemplating the purchase of electrical goods.

I bought a lovely electric recliner from here. Sight unseen and had it delivered. The help received from the salesman was excellent, as with the manners and patience of the delivery guys. Thankyou Betta Warwick.

Very helpful man and lady to old non tech savvi man such as myself. They were knowledgeable, helpful and patient and gave customer service that is often not found in larger businesses.

This would have to be the best electrical store in Warwick, no Queensland, even Australia, no wait.the world!

OK, that might be a tiny bit of an exaggeration, but honestly, if you're looking for every conceivable household appliance, a cable for that new gadget you bought but lost the box for.and so much more, these guys have you covered.

But seriously, what have they got?    They've got the lot, that's what.

AND.their service is something out of the history books.   They have a real "Old School" approach to customer service with genuine friendly, professional staff that back up their awesome assistance with knowledge, experience and a price tag that will make you think you hitched a ride in Doc's, Delorean.way back in time.

So, if you need anything for the castle or even your very own home on wheels, do yourself a favour and visit the team at Warwick Betta Home Living, they're just awesome.

Will never shop there again. Purchased a phone that didn’t have the charger with it (as was stated on the box it came in) and the owner continued to insist that Telstra had removed it. The issue could have been resolved within a matter of minutes instead the owner was quite aggressive in her attitude while accusing us of being aggressive. We were intending to buy other items from that store but because of her attitude we purchased the goods elsewhere. While we found the other staff members very helpful, as the owner, she should have done better.

Purchased a Panasonic air con few years ago from this store, and just recently a Hisense Air Conditioner for my flat. Excellent service as always from Robert at Betta Home Living at Warwick. Has become my one stop shop for all things electrical.

I needed a small bar fridge and an air cooler quickly and fast due to Summer. BETTA SHOP in WARWICK 4370 Qld was FANTASTIC.told me about Zip Pay. I am in a DSP and had no money to buy these goods. STAFF at WARWICK STORE were so FRIENDLY HELPFUL PATIENT UNDERSTANDING. Goods were delivered and set up for me that same day in the afternoon! Then when I decided that the Air Cooler was not really what I required and that it had a funny smell I called BETTA WARWICK and I received FANTASTIC SERVICE.
