Warhammer - Please Contact Store For Hours

Attended the store to seek assistance regarding the hobby. Was helped by Gökan who went above and beyond explaining everything I needed to know to get started. Very appreciative of his time and advice.

I know there have been some very negative reviews of this store but I have been going there every week for around six months and I find it hard to believe the things that have been said. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the store has a much better atmosphere than many of the other company owned stores. There are heaps of tables with awesome terrain to play on, the biggest range of GW products that you will find anywhere and like I said the staff are great. My advice is disregard the reviews, check it out for yourself and make up your own mind.

Edit: I stopped going to this store after it reopened from the COVID lockdowns. The more time I spent there the less I liked going. Andrew and Gokan are incredibly rude and arrogant people. I initially liked the tutorials and community there but as time went on I felt it became more and more toxic. The last draw was when I stood in line to buy a limited edition model, when it was my turn I grabbed a mini from the display on the counter, Andrew complained that he had some behind the counter to sell and then threw the one I grabbed back across the counter at me. I have never been back.

The manager is rude and talks down to you and controlling.
The store itself is great. Though that Manager needs to go. I'm not going back again.

I had a really great experience at this store. I did a learn to paint session with Pete who was friendly and patient with a new person to the hobby like me. They also have some awesome table space that is free to use!

Staff are great and it's basically the best warhammer store in the country, but the location the store is in is horrid and the carpark is usually packed and full of nasty types. Store itself is 10/10 though, as are the staff, so it makes tolerating the location/parking worth it. If you want warhammer stuff there is no better place in all of Australia.

Shop is nice and clean. Well laid out. Staff are helpful and attentive. If you can't find what you want here, they have the option of online ordering at a dedicated terminal and free delivery to the store. Lots more in stock now, including Forge world.

Honestly really bad customer service, Staff were really rude about my friend and I being beginners. Then proceeded to be snarky. Absolutely horrible service and much rather DnD

I'm brand new to the hobby and today was my first visit to the store to buy my first models. The staff are fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I left with a great starter kit and all the equipment I needed without being oversold unnecessary things.

I am looking forward to coming to events in the store and introducing my boys to the hobby as well.

If you've been on the fence about trying it out, this is the store to visit, you can start small and they'll still help get you started. Can't praise them enough!

People are really rude and constantly trying to upsell, management has gone massively downhill since big Ben left. $16 for 1 (one) small space marine? SACK

Have never felt welcome in this store, always getting cold shoulders from the staff here and don't feel like they wanted to engage in chat or answer my questions. Went back a few times to see if maybe just an off day but consistent rudeness and unwilling to talk. There are better stores with more range only a short drive away, with a smiling hello upon entry.

The shop couldn't be bothered staying open till closing.
Closed at least an hour early with no reason. Call first, for all I know they might not be bothered opening on others they say they will.

Worst customer service would not recommend this shop I would rather cut my eyes out with a blunt stake knife then go back to this store

A great experience. I walked in with not one bit of knowledge and left very excited to give it a go. They gave the time of day, walked through all the different starter packs, were happy to help with all questions I had and didn't get frustrated with having to go back over the information if I didn't understand it. They even gave great tips on where to go for starter points on the game itself and beginner painting. They have everything from beginner magazines to really in-depth books about factions and sub factions to paints and tools.

Most items are super overpriced and the staff just glared at me while I was looking at the display mini's, pretty sure they thought I was going to try to steal them.

Very friendly and professional staff that offer sound advise for your minature needs. I'm not into warhammer myself, however I was after paint, brushes and accessories. They were all well priced compared to online retailers. Keep in mind that this store ONLY stocks citadel/warhammer brand items, no Vallejo or army painter products. I use all 3 however I do prefer citadel and this store should have all your minature needs either for re-stock or starting out.

Awesome place and environment. The guys who work here are always happy to help settling rule disputes, answer questions and just love to have a laugh too and they keep up with covid safe regulations to make sure their customers stay healthy.

Amazing place, I have been there three seperate times and each time it improved! The staff are friendly, interesting to play with others and i have really had great times over there!
Would highly recommend a visit or two!
