What an amazing store and such a welcoming and warming experience this business provides. It’s been a long time since iv experienced customer service like I did today walking in for the first time. I’m so excited for my new hobby journey and honestly blow away by the service and knowledge provided.

Just amazing so kind and helpful even tho completely on educated on the hobby, so far answered all my questions and gave me the most amazing advice and didn’t even force me to buy anything just amazing

Lots of selection. Friendly, helpful staff. A few tables for game play. Late nights on (I think) Thursdays, but worth checking.

An amazing warhammer store, got everything from your minis to very specific paints. The guy running it was super friendly and very helpful.

The shop is great and large choice of games workshop product.

Only disappointed in the service:
to me, it felt like the staff was trying to get me to buy the most expense product instead of asking what I wanted and seemed surprised that some of the product they recommended was "outside of my budget".

I'll give it another go and hopefully I'll have a better feeling next time.

Great Warhammer shop! Sava was amazing with my three sons. He patiently answered their questions and helped them build and paint. Highly recommended hobby and shop for kids.

VERY IMPRESSED! Went into the store with my Son to "check it out". The store manager Sava could not have been more helpful. He invested his time and shared his knowledge with us without pressuring us to make a purchase. Clearly, he loves what he does. We have since been back to the store a second time and will build and paint the figurines with a view to learning how to play the game. Looks like great fun.

Store manager Sava is one of the friendliest people you will meet, will go out of his way to help you! Very clean store, great operation run from here. Highly reccomend.

I haven't played 40K in over 2 decades, my wife and I decided to get back into the hobby so we headed down to this store. Sava was friendly and helpful in getting us started again.

The store is in great condition, the manager and staff are well presented and know their stuff whilst being extremely friendly. Support your store and order your goods from the store directly. Do them a great favor because they deserve it!

The shop guy, Sava, is a legend and the guys painting models and playing at the shop were all really welcoming and nice, which is actually pretty refreshing after spending years, hanging with people who are to cool for anyone. This hobby is actually really good if your looking to unwind and relax, the painting is fairly therapeutic and the boardgame will exercise your mental ability and problem solving skills.

Lovely customer service from the staff and very helpful with answering questions. Clearly very passionate about their store. Biggest GW store I've been in compared to others in the South East and has load of models out on display. I will definately come back again.
