Great store with excellent staff. Alistair was very welcoming and diligent in helping me find the best paints to get back into the hobby after many years away.

Alistair is such a legend, shot him a messege for a fantasy project im working on during the week about what colour schemes etc to do, he said come in and will go through it. I went in today, we went through each colour from base, to shade to highlight. I walked out a happy hobbyist and then he shoots me a messege asking if I want the stage by stage we talked through in a list, he sends me a full stage by stage of each colour. As an ex GW employee and GW fan boy to put it simply incredible services!

I went in here with my son and wife realky just to look. The fellow working here was amazingly passionate about Warhammer. He explained how it works. How people play the game. Even hints on how to paint. Honestly if you need any help this is the place to go. Oh and his patience with my 7 year old constantly interrupting to ask questions and wanting to touch everything, phenomenal.

Pierre was an amazing tutor teaching my 9 yr old son and myself how to paint minis and gave us a great intro to a table top game. Both Pierre and Alistair are very helpful and provide excellent customer service. For all of u who want to know more about painting minis and playing the game, I recommend booking a tutorial session there.

Really love the feel here, Alistair is great to provide advice, and they stock a lot of variety for how small the shop actually is. Great to pop in at lunchtime from work.

It's a smaller store that doesn't have the biggest selection or the most apace but the staff are friendly and helpful. They don't have as many tables as some of the bigger stores but they have enough space for a good game.

Been there three times in the last six months and not once did they have what I was after. If I wanted to order it in its just buy online so really useful to me. I would have thought that an inner city store would be on top of stock.

Al and Ethan run a great store. The community here is very friendly and welcoming to newcomers like myself. Whether you're here to shop, here to play, or just to paint, I can guarantee you'll have a good time.

Been just once, pretty cool place but the staff member was a bit "uncomfortable" around a TransWoman:/. Am also old school WH player so am not familiar with the new names of paints, was lucky there was a cool Veteran Player there to help "translate" what was looking for

Came here to get a birthday present with not a lot of knowledge of 40k. The staff were very friendly and helped me pick the perfect gift. Excellent Service:)

Todays staff member was helpful friendly and happy. Different stores and past experiences have not been as pleasant.

While the items themselves are a little on the expensive side I understand this is beyond the control of the staff. Popped in to get a few paints for a non-warhammer miniature and the staff member dropped what he was doing to come and help. Provided excellent customer service and some much needed tips and techniques on painting. If you need any advice on painting/purchasing I would recommend this be your first (and most likely) last stop to get all the info and items you need. Keep up the good work!
