Great food great stuff an a very nice country pub an cause of this its become a regular pub to go to for a feed

Review is a week or two late but first I want to praise service staff in the night. My daughter forgot to order my meal and it wasn't til all the food was out this had happened. When my daughter and her MIL went back to the counter one of the servers caught in what had happened and was in the kitchen asking for the meal to be made while they waited to pay for the order. Great service and I only had to eat alone for a small portion of the meal. So with that in mind not a lot of photos as things went kind of pear shaped but had nothing to do with the pub.
Lovely country atmosphere and great staff. No one in our party had anything to complain about at all.
Food was great. My steak was done perfectly, daughters schnitzel looked delicious. Garlic sauce with the prawns was really nice though overpowering for me, but I'm weak when it comes to that so I would say it would be perfect for the normal food eater.
I would only say the one disappointment was there was so much food at great value that I missed out on the Apple Crumble that looked so good!

Six of us arrived for dinner at peak time on Saturday for a birthday dinner. The service was fast and friendly, the food was fresh, sumptuous and enjoyed by all of us.

Great country pub. Meals were excellent and fresh. Definitely worth a stop on your way through Walloon.

Chris you have done an amazing job turning this place around. It's happy, vibrant, the staff are all smiling (the pink haired lady was bubbly and chatty loved her).
Food is great. Live music. Somewhere you want to go to after a hard day!

The service was really quick, staff were super nice and welcoming. Great atmosphere for a late Sunday lunch. I couldn’t fault the rump steak, salad tasted amazing and veggies were fresh. Great reliable pub meal.

I was very disappointed with my roast pork lunch, it was very fatty and not worth $30. I was trying to support a country pub but they have lost my business.

Fantastic atmosphere, amazing staff, the establishment is my choice of chosen places among many other locals due to the above mentioned, great meals at great prices, I honestly could not give less than 5 star

Went for lunch on Tuesday the food was very good the only criticism I have is I couldn't eat all my lunch and ask for a take away container and they charged me $1.50 which I thought was a bit rude! The moral of the story is bring your own take away containers

Was thier for a wake on a Friday. The back deck was reserved for it. The mixture and quanity of nibblies was great.

I was looking for a tasty, healthy salad, and I was not disappointed. Exceeded expectations - yummo!

Super friendly staff, kitchen, waiting staff and bar staff, super friendly! Steaks have been great everytime we've been. Very family friendly too.

The Group I was with at this Wonderful Hotel for a breakup for 2022. The Staff were Very Pleasant, Professional and Friendly.
The Meals were Absolutely Wonderful, Tasty, Beautifully Presented and Plentiful. My Friend and I will be meeting here again before long with other Friends whom We know will Enjoy the Country feeling and the Great Meals. All in all We Certainly had A Great Dining Experience here at the Walloon Saloon. A BIG THANKYOU
TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF.

The food here has improved 10 fold. Absolutely delicious, and I love the fact they have the specials board up each week with something new to try. Great atmosphere. Live music on Friday nights. What more can you ask for in a country environment ️️️

Stopped in here for lunch with a friend and enjoyed a delicious meal. I got the macadamia barramundi and wow - yum. Fast friendly service.

Just arrived in this lovely town. Visited walloon saloon hotel and found it quite charming and relaxing. Great service. Great bar staff and good music.

What you would expect from a country pub. No frills. Cold beer, cheap $10 lunch menu, super friendly staff. Food was 10/10 for value with a hand made chicken snitty. Well worth stopping in if your hungry and thirsty for a cold one. Cheers
