Really lovely service! Not too pushy, and didn't seem impatient in any way, I'll always return to this shop for gift ideas.

I was in store tonight to purchase some Christmas gifts for close friends. The young gentleman who served me (i didn't catch his name) was amazing to deal with. He was polite and really helped me out when it came to figuring out what i wanted to get. I definitely recommend shopping here, the staff are amazing.

Service, efficiency, store atmosphere, friendliness, ability to go above and beyond, satisfaction, professionalism. A+

Terrible service, I'll never shop here again. I have purchased many gifts from Wallace Bishop before and have never been treated with such disregard. The woman working on the repair counter was having a chat with another colleague when I enquired about a repair. She dismissed me and told me to look on Ebay. When I pushed and insisted that the repair was simple and I just needed a pin for the watch (which they sell) I was told no, I need to bring it in to measure the size and she wouldn't even just sell me a pin I could put in myself (i didn't have the watch on me but know the exact model). Train your staff better, your job is to serve customer not sit around chatting.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of jewellery/watches to suit every budget.

Fantastic experience from the first telephone call, helped me on his day off, Hamish met all of my expectations (which are higher than most), delivered the service and gave me a great deal. Great guy, be patient and speak to him when you go in. Thanks again.

It seems any Joe or Harry off the street can come work here.i went to purchase a birthday gift for myself only to have my entire experience ruined because ol "Ben" who served me seems to not be having the best day. He had dropped my watch multiple times, was not confident with the product, Had the store manager come over and ask if everything was okay probably because she had seen the look on my face. The Worst experience i had is now tied to a very special gift and i get reminded of this every time i see it.
No sexism here but id advise to go straight to one of the ladies working the store.

I walked into Wallace Bishop and was expecting to purchase a tag watch. But the manager of the store was behaving in such a disrespectful and nasty way towards her staff members that I couldn’t bring myself to spend my money in her store and walked out. It’s disappointing that Wallace Bishop would allow such a person to not only be a manager but be a representative of their business. Very disappointing.

This shop is just wonderfully presented, and the staff are awesome and easy to work with.the lady who has served my girlfriend and I 2 times so far, Tam, is honestly the most wonderful person to deal with.she makes purchases easy to do, and always tries to make things even better for us than we would expect.will definitely be returning in the future

Awesome service, friendly staff, and competitive prices. I was assisted by Tamar and Gillian over two days as I made my decision on a watch, and received truly excellent quality of care and advice. Gillian did an awesome job helping me try on different styles and offering suggestions. The next day Tamar was just as friendly and helped me size the watch and select some accessories, she also showed me how to change out the band on the watch so that I could learn for myself. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the staff at Wallace Bishop Indooroopilly. Highly Recommended!

The young guy who served me, Jye, was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, patient, and even kept my 5 year old entertained while he was dealing with my indecisiveness. As a customer he made me feel important and never made me feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable and made some excellent recommendations based off the little bit of information I could give. Well done on hiring this lad, he has made a great impression.
