While I didn't end up buying anything this time, I will in the future because of 1 reason: Dakota. She was cheerful, helpful and many other -fuls while dealing with this fool. Dakota's boss - she is an asset you don't want to lose. Pay rise perhaps? Good customer service is rare - so now rather than write lots of bad reviews (except when REALLY necessary), I write only the good ones and sadly I think I am writing a lot less of those. Well done Dakota:)
