This business has been a go to for my family for generations. I have always received amazing customer service in store and have found the online shopping easy, with my items arriving quickly. I highly recommend Titleys

Hi there I brought a beautiful pair of Fatbaby Ariat boots as an early birthday present for my daughter who had intended on wearing them to CMC here in Queensland
On trying them on they were a tight fit
so back in the box they went all tags attached etc
I emailed W Titley shop where I purchased these from online to ask if we could do an exchange for bigger size
only to be told it is a 30day no refund or exchange
So an exchange was not possible according to their policy
I had brought these boots late January and I gave them to her early March
Expensive boots and she can’t wear them
A bit unreasonable and disappointing for her and myself
My daughters partner also purchased a pair at CMC and had to try on two different pairs but both the same size before he found a perfect fit?
I have seen also reviews where others have had the same problem with boots
Right size but not fitting properly
It’s not costing you anything to do an exchange rather a good will gesture

Their size charts are way off real sizes. They charge the consumer to return online orders even though it is their fault the size charts are incorrect. They take their time to send online orders but are happy to take your money.

I love Titleys! I only meet them while I was living in qld. I’m now in WA and I’m still ordering my items from them. They ship my order almost straight away. I love it

Hi hope all are well. I dont know how I found Titley, s but I am so glad I did. They have a wide selection of clothes and hats and most things western. Their quality is always A1 and their service is always prompt and some of the best I have received in a long time which I really appreciate. Amazing company to deal with, ordered online easily and postage was extra quick. Returns for wrong sizes was an easy process, allowing for me to choose which size boots fit the best. Very happy with my new Ariat boots! Will happily purchase from them again.

We were there during the scavenger hunt weekend, was so good to watch people come in, the staff were fantastic, we were really well looked after and love love my cowgirl shirt.

We have used their online shopping service which is great. The new big store is great to shop in and the staff were amazingly patient and helpful

Can't fault the service, website was easy enough to use and shipping was good. Only thing I think could be improved, and it's no criticism, hence the 5 stars, if it's policy then that's that. But I ordered the wrong hat, notified them straight away, and sent it back and provided the tracking info. I think once I'd given all that they could send out the new size but I have to wait for my package to get there and then for the new one to be sent out. A bit of an inconvenience as I need a straw hat but it's too small to take any marks off. You'll have no issues with this company.

Very speedy processing and posted and very helpful on the phone.these guys keep you updated what on sale. If you not ever use W. Titley & co please give them go I think you will be very surprise with there amazing service they provide

Always good to deal with, quick delivery and great products. The Baryard boots are terrific.

Yet another FANTASTIC encounter. Titley's are nailing the online shopping experience - amazing product, super quick postage, some really nice personal touches and a deadly Titley's cap. Harry did a great job!
