Almost thought it was a scam. It’s been two weeks and I still don’t have my order. Support team have been unhelpful - and even told me that they could not resolve the issue because “it could put them out of pocket”. Meanwhile they have got my money… I will not be using VPA again.

Still waiting for delivery, Fastway is completely useless now, no idea where my package is. If u must order from vpa Maybe try the auspost option. As the products are good and they pack and dispatch quick. But courier is fkn useless. Day 5 now for a Brisbane to Brisbane delivery. No response from couriers recommended contact, WhatsApp. Called them, they had NFI where it is, and said "hopefully someone will email me today" A 6 year old kid on a skateboard could have delivered by now. I am Pretty piissed off.

Helpful over the phone and efficient delivery. Have the breakfast shake (coffee) mixed with water at 6am with 2 large tablespoons of greek yogurt to make it creamier and keep you fuller, then 11am the yummy vanilla lean plus shake with skim milk and 2 tablespoons of yogurt. If i get hungry then a spoon of peanut butter will carry you over during the day. Very pleased with their products and quality.

Easy website to use, explains everything clearly and they offered me a free sample as well. Checkout was a bit difficult as I had already signed up for an account but when I went to login to purchase it came back and said there was no account. Not sure whats going on there but got there in the end!

Recently received some Vanilla Whey Isolate. Some of the best tasting stuff out there. Keen to start trying out their other products. VPA has by far the best WPI powder you can find in Australia. If what the website says is true, it is independently tested for quality and purity, including the presence of heavy metals. I do wish they didn't use sucralose as a sweetner for most of their products, as there is a possibility of it being bad for your gut biome (science isn't conclusive on this). As gut biome has now been linked to all kinds of health outcomes, I don't want to risk it until confirmed. Thus I get the natural flavour of WPI and it's fantastic. They don't use cheap fillers in their products either. As long as you read the ingredient lists carefully, you should be happy with what you get.

I have been with Venom now VPA for years now and I can say that I can always rely on their quality products and fast shipping my only complaint is I wish I could add more than just one coupon so I can have more of their products to try out!
