Everyone I've had to talk to at Voltec have been amazing and helpful. Had Jeff come out and carry out work on our house he was easy to talk too and cleaned up after himself. I've used there services 3 times now and will continue to do so.

Over several months of 2023 I worked with Josh from Voltec solving complex electrical problems that required developing (reverse engineering) accurate electrical single-line drawings (SLDs) for an important complex health facility. I highly recommend Voltec Services for any electrical work. I live in Sydney and used them for a pre purchase inspection on an investment property in Townsville, which I must add, was a good price for what they provided. I found the service very prompt and communication very thorough and informative. I was impressed with the professionalism and the way the report was presented. A quote was then prepared which I thought was fair, and I engaged them to do repairs and installation of smoke alarms to make them all compliant, plus some other maintenance jobs.
My dealings with Voltec have been continuing for a a few weeks and during that time I have dealt and spoken with Ryan himself as well as many other staff members, who have always been efficient and friendly, and the whole team should be commended for conducting themselves in a professional manner. Called the girls in the office and they were all over our request with prompt time estimates, prices and awesome customer service. Our guys tested and tagged every item we brought to them and even did a little above and beyond type stuff for us at the drop of a hat.

Thank you to Josh for coming into my business today and assessing my fire extinguishers. Josh said that he was going to be here at 2: 30pm and arrived early and emailed me his report instantly. Very easy to deal with and would recommend any business that needs their fire extinguishers looked at to book in with Josh and his company Voltec.

Staff were very friendly and professional. They were able to come promptly to discuss work and provide a quote, work was started soon after. They installed lighting and power to our shed and did a fantastic job!

Had to get my hot water system replaced. Due to its ages there had to be some electrical upgrades for it to work and be up to new standards. Dave & Ryan provided top quality workmanship, service and broke down everything so it was simple to understand. They arrived exactly on time when they said they would and I appreciate that greatly. I contacted Voltec on a Sunday morning for after-hours service when the power went out in part of the house. Turns out it was a burnt out circuit breaker- nearly a close call. Can not thank Ryan enough for offering advice, coming round the same day and repairing at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!
