I first purchased tapware off Justin and the lads in 2015 and then again more recently. They have always been friendly, super easy and efficient to deal with. I live outside of QLD and have thrown some challenging logistical scenarios at them, which have never been a problem. I 100% recommend then and have a customer for life.

Had a manufacturing issue with a product purchased through Vogue Spas and Bathrooms. I took it in to James and the team (after a lengthy period between purchase) and the guys could not have been more helpful in finding a solution. They went the extra yards going back to the manufacturer (equally great) and arranging a replacement to be shipped out asap. 2 weeks later - wallah - brand new replacement delivered and sorted with no fuss. Vogue Spas and Bathrooms is the BEST! We have purchased bathroom fittings from here for years. The one thing you are guaranteed is the service and the service in years to come. My Mother's basin hoses needed fixing after 10 years and they were able to sort this with a new part. The shower head we bought from them was replaced free of charge after 10 years.
