Absolute favourite in Palm Cove. Food, cocktails and exceptional service all together to make a tropical 5 star dining experience! Leonardo is a true professional in making every trip outstanding, keep up the amazing work Vivo!

The food us superb. We have dined here twice in recent weeks. It went through a rough patch a couple of years ago but back up to very high standard now. Crab pasta is spectacular!
Wonderful staff, overall a great place.

The place is quite busy so a reservation is highly recommended. We ordered an eye fillet which was very good and the tiger prawn risotto which was less good. The grilled prawns were good, but the rice was not a risotto in the sense anybody can expect. It didn't feel like they were part of the same dish. For the main course we had to wait almost 40 minutes, although when we got there, the restaurant was only 1/4 full. The pavlova was very good and nicely presented. A pity it was just too small:)

Absolutely lovely dinner tonight. Food amazing, atmosphere wonderful, service was 5 star. Our waiter was Jose and he was amazing and made our experience just Devine. Can’t wait to come back again. You must try the sticky fig pudding! It was the best dessert I’ve had. Thanks guys for being AMAZING!

Just had the most delicious lunch. I had pork and my husband had the duck papperdelle. Both were scrumptious. Had the creme brulee to finish off - superb. Compliments to the chef. The staff were very attentive and the ambience great.

Can I give more than 5 stars? We were so impressed after dining here on 3 different occasions, during out 5 night stay in Palm Cove. Every dish was prepared with superb attention to detail and a great combination of flavours. All staff were consistently attentive and accomodating to any request. The oysters are shucked fresh in the kitchen, upon each individual order! The pastas were the main highlight of the menu for us, however, I believe you simply can not go wrong with any dish at Vivo. The house-made lemonade is highly addictive, and I need a recipe ASAP. A shame we did not get to try any dessert, simply from just being too full, but we continued to see the Tiramisu being served which looked 10/10.

You can always guarantee great service & food at Vivo. The nasi goreng is always a favourite!

I was turned away and told they were fully booked. Only to find they were letting couples in without bookings straight after me. Hopefully this one star is a lesson on customer service. Don't put profits before customer service.

We had dinner at Vivo two nights in a row and they were amazing. The staff were so helpful in accomodating us despite being frantically busy and the food was great. Highly recommend the lamb and beef ribs as well as the calamari salad. They make great long island ice teas!

Our family and friends love this restaurant and the staff. We dine at Vivo almost fortnightly and cannot fault the food, atmosphere or service. Leonardo is a gem, so vibrant, helpful and always so accommodating.

Pick of all restaurants in palm cove. Service and food is amazing. We went twice and was consitent and great service. This is the best restaurant and best value for good food, good cocktails and wine in palm cove.

We went here to celebrate my partners birthday. Without asking the restaurant to do anything special (other than mentioning in the booking notes for a nice seat to accommodate my partners birthday), Vivo prepared a birthday dessert with candles and went well above my expectations to make my partner feel special.

Both the food and service were 10/10.

Visiting Palm Cove with the family and had raving recommendation for Vivo from good friends. The space is very nice, casual colonial with beach aspect as you’d expect from this delightful corner of Queensland. A welcoming team on arrival, yet went a little south after the champers my better half ordered was returned a couple of times (third time lucky), three of the mains were nice, the burger… yum! Yet the crab linguine was below average, dry and gluggy, wine turned up half way through main after requesting a couple of times, and then we ended up self-pouring throughout. Overall didn’t live up to our friends experience or the high price tag and the seemingly inexperienced staff which made the evening disappointing.

This restraint had such a beautiful atmosphere. The waitress we had was very lovely and made sure we had a great time. Always the best when waiters/waitresses can have a little fun with us! The food was actually really good! I loved the vegetarian menu as well! My family loved their seafood plates! ALSO! Get the mango coconut mocktail! It tastes sooooooo good!

Great family experience at Vivo. Interesting menu with a nice mix of Italian, Mod Oz and Asian options. Something for everyone. I went with a mix of seafood starters and the Nasi goreng for main. It was authentic and a good serve. Everything was delicious. Chef knows what they are doing. They handle large groups confidently and were quick to respond over email. Recommended.
