Friendly service and saved me a fortune by telling me I didn't need to waste money repairing my macbook pro as it was gone. Apple would have charged me a fortune and not given me options.

I have a 7 year old MacBook Pro. In past weeks a notification came up that my battery needed a service however there was nothing physically wrong with my computer. I took it to apple Robina where they said it would be covered under warranty, they had it a week, told me it would cost $900 to fix it, I rejected to fix it as it wasn't worth the money for the age of the computer. I got home and found my computer wouldn't charge at all, disgraceful on Apple Robina's part. I brought my computer to Richard at Viritek very thorough and informative, I was very nervous about this visit after Robina Apple and was worried it would be a waist of time but Richard was great and had the computer back to me within 3 days and had it fixed under the warranty. Cannot thank you enough for fixing my computer. Highly recommend!
