Had the incorrect item shipped to me. Got in contact with the staff at Vipertac and somehow even around the busy Christmas time they were able to sort it out within a week. Couldn't recommend more.

Absolutely obhorent shop. Lies lies and more lies. Then tells me other customers have complained about the same thing. I wonder why that would be? Very valid question. If there wasn't a problem here, it simply wouldn't be a problem. Outright thieves. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many more honest shops in Brisbane with far greater service and no stealing from the disabled. This shop should hang their heads in shame.

Great range of blasters, Friendly staff and fantastic for first timers that feel overwhelmed. Don't be afraid to ask questions they will help you and walk you through any steps including blaster maintenance.

I started out shopping with Chris and the Viper Tac team looking for a replacement co2 MAG to green gas conversion for a blaster no one else in Australia has. I've Since returned to buy stuff again and again and what's cool is they have a loyalty points program. Their standards are perfect. They test and service all the gear before it's sent assuring the best quality. They don't hold back on advise and no question is too silly. Shipping is a breeze and it's packaged superbly and service is amazing.

Went in just on 5pm yesterday and the fellas and lovely lady helped me till after closing. Showed me how to use my blaster and helped me understand how to service it.thanks again guys. 5 stars for sure

Guys were super helpful the whole experience was very low pressure. The guys were happy to show me around as many blasters as I liked and go through the pros and cons. Very easy place to recommend.

Vipertac has great customer service in store and online they have been great to me and are definitely the number 1 gelblaster store I've ever been to.

I’ve read all the one stars review, and I disagree with all of them. The service at ViperTac is amazing, i recommend people from beginners to experienced gel ballers to come visit the store. Hands down one of the best gel ball stores out there! 5 stars.

Absolutely the best gel blaster store around! It’s a veteran owned and operated business, competitively priced and the customer service is second to none! I won’t shop anywhere else due to other local stores severely lacking in this area! Viper and the boys always go the extra mile to try and help out, keep up the good work fellas!

I've purchased a few blasters from the team at this store over the last 12 months and they have never let me down. Prices overall tend to be better than other retailers and the team are friendly.
