All the staff both upstairs and downstairs were extremely friendly and lovely to speak to.

Prices were affordable and reasonable. I’ve been twice in 1 week now and plan to go again haha.

Love a good bargain hunt!

Twice recently i have taken donations here and both times the blokes who were at the drop off area where rude. The first time they were busy because they had just opened but he still didnt have to be rude in his tone. And this second time i pulled up and i smiled and was friendly as i always am and he just said what in it (i had boxes) i explained and hes like "over there" he sat there watching me. And was very rude in his tone. I do not like their customer service. There is never any reason to be rude in such a way.

Carpark is just pure kaos - a fair warning it's often full and takes far too much maneuvering - prices are average / on the high side, the renovation is nice and all but just loses that op shop experience and is too 'corporate' not one that we visit often for those reasons.

NASTIEST AND RUDEST staff member. Firstly I walked into the wrong area because I’d never been there before and was yelled at by a lady “you can’t come in here”…. I apologised and then told her I’d never been there before and didn’t know where to go. Upon leaving I grabbed 2 large bags from my car I was donating, and handed them to an older man at the front who was loading donation bags!

He snatched it off me and I said “be careful it’s heavy”! He quickly snapped at me and said “when you donate to a charity can you be a bit more thoughtful and not make the bags so heavy? We’re all getting older here”! ”.

I was shocked. I then when to my car to donate a smaller bag and asked him when to put it. He rudely said to me “just put it there” and stormed off!
I couldn’t BELIEVE how rude he was especially because the clothes I was donating were BRAND NEW, TOP QUALITY dresses and shoes!
Maybe say “Thankyou” next time you rude man! Kindness goes a long way! Aren’t you in the volunteer business?

Massive floor space that as a general rule is very nicely set out and has a great feel to it. Well lit and has decent space between sections.

My one real complaint is that all sizing is lumped together, with plus sizes separate to 14-16 & below, so you need to give yourself time to go through everything.

They have literally everything with ladieswear being the biggest stock, plenty of shoes & accessories.

It's a really lovely space, well set out and worth a visit, just give yourself plenty of time.

Parking onsite which is great

Wow I can’t believe it, thanks Vinnies QLD for firing me just before Xmas i
With no reason what so ever. Funny how I can volunteer for 6 months and work for 5 months 4 days 26 days before my end of 6 month contract. I cleaned the shop up got rid of thieves and got all new vollies and that’s the thanks I get. Yeah right real Christian’s. Need to take a look at the management thanks Adam and Kathy

Such a great place to find extremely comfortable and quality clothing for a fraction of the retail price:) Super enjoyable location for an occasional visit, would definitely go back for sure. The only thing I would suggest to improve in the facility is the car-park area. It is very narrow and difficult to find available areas for parking on some occasions, so I would suggest a proper car-park be made for customer use:)

Re forks. I buy quantities of them from Vinnies, lifeline salvation army in Dalby, Toowoomba, Brisbane & today Warwick. I pay 20 cents to 25cents each at every place but Vinnies Toowoomba, where I pay 50cents each you RIP off people by your prices guys.

(Amanda) she was really unfriendly, the way she stared at me? ! What’s wrong with me? And when I tried to see a bag, she fixed it straight away and took a deep breath. Most of the lady was really friendly and nice, only her (Amanda). She ruined my day.

Best clothing, best bric a brac, best shoes, best everything! Do yourself a favour and visit this store. For around $80 you can create your entire winter season wardrobe. I did! SALE RACKS with gorgeous designer items are just $2.

This is a great fair store. They have not forgotten the people who actually need items. Rather then the many other op shops who make me laugh, pricing items often more then antique stores or new prices that one can buy from Kmart!

Volunteers are also very nice.

Has a fabulous selection of clothing at very reasonable prices. The ladies working the counter are always friendly and on for a chat. Keep up the great work!

Super friendly, efficient staff, both when shopping and when making donations donations - picking up in my home and dropping off at the store. All op shops are a bit more business like these days, but you can see that charity still underpins these guys. Lots of reasonable prices, staff who always take the time to chat with people who might need that, and taking the time to make a workplace that includes workers with disabilities. I always come away with a good find or two, but it’s also a lovely place to have a browse at.

Nice enough staff and tidy enough store but is not open at hours stated online! Frustrating and a waste of time when you drive there to find it is closed. Parking is a nightmare.

I was treated like a THEIF for looking at a "display" dress, she kept following me throughout the store, I felt VERY uncomfortable. If it's in the shop, it should be for sale, as there are plenty more outfits that can be used for display. This is happening ALOT in these stores.they should be glad to be getting a sale as everything is donated. And prices are getting QUITE expensive for what it is, especially since it's donated.
