Vinnies Palm Beach

I had such a great couple of hrs shopping at Vinnies in Palm Beach today. I met some beautiful volunteers Joanne, Anita + Cheryl. Who were absolutely helpful. The shop looked immaculate, and the merchandising was aesthetically pleasing and easy to perusal. Well done, Palm Beach Vinnies Team.

Extremely overpriced. Selling used Shein items for more than they are brand new. Everything over priced. Bought 2 pieces of clothing which were a pair of baby pants and a plain black shirt and was $13!? Absolutely ridiculous for an op shop. Taking advantage….

The lady’s are so rude and mean, not approachable at all and are super demanding- they were speaking about us rudely while they knew we could hear them.

Staff not friendly or helpful. Wouldn’t recommended this Vinnies. Prefer lifeline shops as I have often had hit and miss staff members at Vinnies store.

We love going shopping here. All the staff are delightful and helpful. I get my wool and crocheting hooks here. I got a 5 pack of pretty coloured crochet hooks for $4. Bargain. Deb took the time to teach me new stitches and I made these blankets from the wool I bought here. Jan and Jill are very sweet to us. Astor my Assistance Dog gets her puppy toys here too. We bought a smurf backpack, a cheeky devil dog outfit and puppy toys for Astor's puppy boyfriend Charlies 3rd birthday next week. They even help me navigate my mobility scooter and opened the door for us. I love the rosary beads you sell here too. The shop is immaculately tidy and shop is so well organised. Thank you for your kindness and smiles.

I know this shop from previously shopping & working there, some of the staff have the right attitude but I've found over time a lot of them don't. 1 of the managers bullied me which even though they aren't there now lead me to move on too. I also found the prices & the products weren't as good as they made them out to be when perfectly good donations were discarded-similar to the"a current affair" investigation in another store with clothes that had a small stain/mark on them being thrown out in a communal business bin-overflowing it regularly. This is a charity-not a business! Also, help the community by pricing more appropriately & having friendly staff not rude & unhappy ones! Volunteers (like myself) should've been always treated better than slaves but this didn't always occur. Some of the managers & other volunteers were reasonable but alot weren't so better testing people if they're cut out for the "love job" not like anyone who applies? !

I can bargain hunt anywhere but wow, unsatisfactory staff service. Wish I had the ability to self check out. Prices are very meh.

Great bargain 4 all.shop.brouse. Take your time. They aint going anywhere. Lol. 1 persons out of stile. Is another persons new in stile. At a fraction of the price.every thing to fill your robe.to stile that. Room. AND IT ALL GOES TO A GOOD CAUSE.plus the ladies that work there. Its comes from the goodness of ther HEARTS

A good variety of 2nd hand goods for a small store. I don't know of any restrooms in the area.

First time going into this Op shop. Never ever again! There's an old lady shoulder length white wavy hair that's works there. She will yelled at you for asking what time they closed. And the other lady was so nice except for her. I have to keep my 4 years old daughter away from her. Incase she screams at my daughter too. She didn't even apologies for yelling for no reason. I asked politely when they were closed. People shouldn't be treated like that. Or teach some customer service to your staff. For the love God. If you didn't like working there. Please don't take it out in the people.
