11Nice, clean and tidy, lots of good stuff, happy shopping, at the same time can help the community Support
Found so many goodies in this opshop! 100% linen skirt for 6 dolars! Can't get any better. Everything is beautifully presented and the ladies working there are lovely. See you soon
Wow! This is the best op shop on the Gold Coast!
It is beautifully set up and everything is clean and smells fresh!
So many good quality items! I will be back!
Great place to donate items and to found "new to me" items.
Bought a pair of Adidas running shoes for $7, the sole looked new and so comfy!
Wide variety of clothes - size colour style - homeware, books and toys, bags etc.
This is one of my all time favourite op shops I love it I have got so many bargains from this store over the years plus I have also donated items
Seems like they are turning these into an almost retail store. Some items more expensive than at stores like bunnings, kmart etc. Saw a pair of kmart shoes for more than kmart sold them for. DVDs 4 times more than markets.
Where's the cheaper things to help struggling families, where's the old electronics, they don't need to be tested.just sold as is.
So friendly I was taking a scooter I bought from Kmart there to sell remember it is donate not trade and save
Loved my experience visiting varsity lakes st.vincent's.very well set out shop, wide and spacious making me feel comfortable to shop.very nice dvd collection in my opinion.
Customer service is non existent in this store. The short brown haired woman behind the counter ignored my hello when I approached the counter to pay for my items, she did not look at me and said $15 and ignored my goodbye. Her blonde buddy was not much better.
Nice items, reasonably priced however because of the poor customer service, I would not return to this store. Rather miserable experience.
I was in the store on Wednesday with my 2 grandchildren aged 4 and 6. We selected some items and were waiting patiently to be served as there were 3 people ahead of us, so we sat down on a sofa and organised our items to purchase. The woman serving who had blonde hair in a bun approached us and said 'please so not sit on the couch'. I was taken back and replied, 'how are you meant to know if it is comfortable or not'? And she replied 'it is only for sitting on if you want to buy it, not sort your items'! Absolutely appalling customer service. I could go to Harvey Normans or Domayne and sit on a $5000 sofa and not be spoken to like this. How did the customer experience make me feel? I felt disappointed and frustrated with this woman's lack of customer awareness and her rudeness. I do not want to spend my money in any shop where I don't feel valued. She needs to volunteer for some customer service training.
Been donating as a result of a major downsize after being treated rudely by the staff at two local Lifeline Stores it was a more than pleasant surprise to be made so welcome by the staff at this Vinnie's Store hopefully it has been to their advantage as I believe the goods we wanted to donate were far from rubbish
