Not sure why the staff knows nothing to little about the Sonos product line. No proper Demo setup, little knowledge about the product features.
I was interested to purchase Sonos Era 300 as it’s their first Dolby atmo speaker. The spacial audio is the key feature of the speaker.
The staff who served me was inpatient and seems like doesn’t want me to purchase it lol.
I asked demo the speaker, and he doesn’t even know how to play a track with Dolby atmos.
I’ve been with Sonos eco system for years, and Sonos always supports Apple Music. And he just told me you can only play Dolby atmos with Amazon music.
When he finally found the Apple Music and he plays the track with other non Dolby Atmos compatible speakers grouped.
Of course era 300 won’t play spacial audio.

I don’t know what’s is happening with Sonos product knowledge training here.
I think this store is just a warehouse, you will be fine walking in and grab then go.
Don’t expect to have a proper demo…

Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service.

I ordered a Samsung TV from VideoPro at the very beginning of November 2022. During the order process there was absolutely no indication that they did not hold stock, or weren't a legitimate business. Hearing nothing about my order but having paid $1500, I followed up a week later, only to be told there was a stock delay they expected to last "Generally, 5-10 business days".

Subsequently, that slipped multiple times to being available by Christmas, with constant broken promises of following up with me - which they never did. When that deadline slipped, they then said it would definitely be available in March 2023, and offered me either a refund (after at that time, already a 2 month wait) or the opportunity to wait another 3+ months but finally receive the TV I had already paid for in full. Having waited so long already, and missed offers at competitors for the same TV, I decided to wait it out.

I heard absolutely nothing from VideoPro at all, even though they still had my $1500, so I followed up at the end of March 2023, only to be told they no longer believed they could supply the TV at all - I've just given them an interest free loan for the last six months.

No apology or offer of remedy with a comparable TV - they couldn't care less and never once took the initiative to reach out to me over the course of half a year. I've just received my refund today on April 13 2023, for the order I placed on November 03 2022.

Thanks VideoPro! I'll be sure to post about my experience wide and far, and I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

If you like not getting what you pay for, your time being wasted, endless broken promises every time you follow up, and handing money out to unscrupulous, dishonest companies who couldn't care less, then VideoPro is definitely for you. Otherwise, literally any other retailer will treat you with more respect.

Great customer service. Zac helped me with what I went in there for and assisted with loading the tv into the car with care to make sure there was no chance of damage in transit and any other questions I had. The other staff members were friendly and you could tell they loved what they did. I'll be back soon and they always have better prices than competitors.

I went into the store today with the hope of buying a high end bluetooth portable speaker. The customer service was atrocious. There were very few customers in the shop. I approached one staff member who seemed completely disinterested. He seemed annoyed that I asked him to demo the speakers for me. The majority of the speakers described on the website were not available for demo and not in stock. When the staff member demonstrated one speaker, there were other speakers playing making the demonstration a waste of time. He knew very little about the speakers he was showing me. Of the speakers present for demo, only 2 were plugged in correctly. After a short amount of time, he lost interest and returned to his seat flicking through things on his computer. I tried to demo the speakers myself for about 10 minutes with no interest from any of the staff. Fed up, I left. Sub par and worthy of a bad review.

All latest product availabile specially for audio.and tv.staff is very helpful and have correct product knowledge. Extended warranty is really genuine.

The experience starts with reserved off-street parking for customers, and 7 day opening hours. The staff promptly greeted us on entering the store, and are very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing all aspects of a customer’s requirements, and for any services which VideoPro can’t offer, they will give helpful suggestions. The prices are very competitive. Our current project needed some LG TV and audio products which had just been released nationally. The store had plenty stock and went above expectations to help secure the parts in our vehicle. Whether buying from the online store or directly in store, it’s a seamless experience. The Eagle Farm warehouse is also easy and fast to collect equipment. A great experience all round.

I didn’t actually buy here (yet) but the sales person I talked to about a new TV was really engaged, knowledgeable and listened to what I tried to explain what I’m looking for. I appreciated that he took the time demoing and fighting the YouTube app for me. ;) Definitely will come back once the new models have arrived.:)

I recently had an out of warranty issue with a pair of headphones. Videopro were extremely helpful and in this situation they were able to help negotiate a warranty replacement.

After sale service is key and videopro showed that this week.

Ordered the Canon C70 which is highly in demand, with many other stores giving timeframes of over a month. The ordered was processed and shipped the next day after order, with communication to the sales department being swift and easy. Beyond happy with the process with videopro

Great products and fantastic service. I bought a new sound system from them and ordered some brackets that weren't in stock. When they arrived I asked if the brackets could be sent out to me as I couldn't make it into the store, they were sent out and I received them that afternoon.

I visited almost all of Brisbane’s audio visual stores over the last week trying to source a number of new components including speakers. Out of all the places I’d visited, Videopro at Newstead was a standout. Well equipped and maintained store in comparison to all others, and the service from Matt was exceptional. He was the only person that I’d spoken to that didn’t try to sell his own “audiophile prophecies” but rather listened to what I needed and wanted and from there steered me toward suitable options. Spent a little more than I’d anticipated but could not be happier with the result. A beautifully balanced solution of speakers/sub that suits my space and other components perfectly. Thanks Matt and Videopro, will definitely be back.
