Probably the worst major purchase transaction that I have ever experienced. Initial sale and payment was conducted professionally by telephone on 04.03 but it was all downhill from there. One item arrived with just 30 minutes’ notice a few weeks later - fortunately we were home. And then excuse after excuse why the other item was out of stock despite being readily available through other major stores with no reasonable offer of resolution. The matter was finally resolved 3 months later in early June after I advised that I’d placed a hold on the cc transaction and they agreed to purchase the item through another suppler. A most disappointing experience.

Patrick’s customer service and customer care is second to none. Would happily recommend (and have done so).

Sold me a sonos over $2000 soundbar for my $7000 TV and I can't use Dolby atmosphere unless I buy 2 more speakers at least.now its mounted ready to go and I can't use it.they guaranteed it was the one I needed and would work they saw me coming and just want me to spend more.

Whenever I am in the market for a TV I always shop here - for many reasons. These guys are always friendly and knowledgeable. I always pay the same price as I would in a larger retailer. BUT the main reason is to support small business.
If something goes wrong, there is someone knowledgeable to talk to who I know will support me, as I have experienced in the past.

These guys run a great store and there pricing in my book can’t be beaten and there salesman are so professional and helpful as soon as I walked into the store I got a salesman that new his stuff Adrian sorted my needs out for what I was looking for and we brought a 75 inch Sony array UHD Tv I’m looking forward to taking delivery of this bad boy this week thank you Adrian for all your help I will be recommended videopro to all my family and friends Thanks again

They provide misleading and factually incorrect details on their website for Shipping. They use "Free Shipping to Most Areas" with asterisk and only ship for free in the same or nearby suburb as their warehouse, which is clearly not how the word "Most" is defined. Totally against ACL.
When called them about this the receptionist answered and said we have the asterisk mark which means there are terms and conditions and hung up the phone saying we have been in business for 40 years, Thank you.

Weird to see a shop with stock! Great prices on some gear we found while comparing online - they beat everyone! Great service in store as well, everyone happy to answer questions or look up prices.

Nice place, friendly staff, good location and prices are quite interesting as well. I only wish they could close at 6 or at least 5pm.

Great TV. Had to help the TNT guy with bringing it in (weighs 50kg, says clearly 2 people should deliver it) but very happy with purchase.
