Unfortunately the items I needed were not in stock but that didn’t stop from both of the team members (sadly didn’t get their names) from doing their best to assist and giving really sound advice. Much appreciated, would recommend shopping here.

Good deals and a variety of affordable goods

Called for a price and available on an 85" Samsung TV last week, they located one in their stored, I paid over the phone, drove straight over to pick it up, they had the order details, the TV was ready, was loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Great price, great service, highly recommend.

Awesome people to deal with. Answered all my questions & they had great advice. They sold me a $2700 TV for $1900 & even Harvey Horman wanted $2500. Special thanks to Finn & Cullen.

I was on the hunt for a good deal for a 77" OLED TV as it's discounts season before the new models arrive. One of their guy spent at least one hour with me presenting a variety of models for me to test and have a look. 2 weeks after that, Videopro hooked me up with an LG C2 77" at the price I wanted to pay, which is still cheaper than any discounts I've seen so far on the same model. I got it delivered the following week and I've been very happy with it. Great experience and customer service!

I highly recommend the team at Video Pro Carindale! Especially Katelan and Anthony! I recently bought a new Hisense U80G 8k tv and U5120G soundbar that weren't quite up to what I needed out of them for gaming on PS5 (extremely bad audio lag issues that even Hisense couldn't figure out). After helping to liaise with Hisense I decided to go with a Sony X90J 4k tv (extremely nice bit of kit) and a Samsung HWQ870A soundbar (sounds stupendous) and these guys were there to help from the get go and just provided some amazing customer service on top of some unbeatable prices! Honestly before you decide to buy a new tv or anything entertainment related, go and visit these guys before making your final decision because they'll point you in the right direction

Prices are very competitive but i had a terrible time here. Called in to check stock availability, told it would be 5-7 days to get to warehouse. Thankfully I kept calling to see if I could pick it up from the warehouse to save some time and was eventually told it was a further 6 weeks away. I believe they lied to secure the sale. Asked for a refund and it takes days for them to process that as well. MASSIVE waste of time, and wil not deal with these guys again out of principle⁸

Such a good experience with these guys, didn't pee down my leg and tell me it's raining literally received my avr in one business day, most companies I spoke to couldn't be bothered taking the time to speak to you over the phone, like it was an issue, well I'm not spending 2.5k on something someone can't be bothered talking about, I made my mind up 5mins within talking to the salesperson

Luckily these guys know their stuff and understood exactly what we wanted. They went to the trouble of ensuring all the equipment would work the way we need it to and ordered it all in for us, great customer service.

Fantastic customer service. I bought a Samsung TV from VideoPro at Carindale a few days before the black Friday. It was delivered within 3 days and the price was really good compared to all other sellers. Nevertheless, I was told that if there is any lower offer by the end of the month, I'll be refunded the price difference. I found only one seller with slightly lower price, and sent an email, and they happily refunded me. I highly recommend them and I will be buying again from them.

I was shopping for a Sony soundbar. Video Pro had it $250 (30%) cheaper than anywhere else, including free delivery. I had never dealt with them before but the reviews seemed legit and I paid with PayPal so I knew it was low risk.

The soundbar arrived in perfect condition. Service over the phone and by email was excellent. Because I saved so much I decided to add on the extended warranty after the sale. They processed this for me no problem.

I'll definitely check these guys out again when I'm buying electronics in the future.

Just went in the Carindale store because i have been considering a upgrade and i found a great deal here and so i got a new tv. Have to say Anthony's customer service was fantastic, great guy, friendly, knows his stuff. Highly recommend him and the store.thank you!

I have been buying from video Pro over the last 10 years and again purchased from them the SVS soundpath
For my Subwoofer which had great reviews. When I was ready to wire it up I found that the kit had US
Power converters, I called Video Pro and spoke to a girl who said she would follow it up and get back to me. I called back and the girl explained that she had been busy with customers and could not get back me!
What am I! She called me back later and said I had to send proof of purchase and photos to prove that the
Power adapters were wrong and wiped their hands of it.
I sent the details to the supplier and after 7 days I am still waiting for the adaptors.
I won’t be using Video Pro again.
