Dr Mohr was such a relief. She is the third GP I have seen in the last 12 months about menopause and the only one that has really known her stuff and helped me. Would highly recommend anyone going into menopause to see her straight up and don't waste time with other doctors.

Fantastic service all round! I called to get an appointment for my 4 month old who suffers from eczema and has a very sore ear.
There were no appointments available but they squeezed me in within the hour. We had never been there before so we were a new patient too!
We were seen by a nurse first, the a doctor and had a prescription to help the infection. They also bulk bill children if you have a Medicare card (which I have found rare). Absolutely amazing and will now be our first choice when we need to see a doctor again! I called other doctors in the area and they wouldn’t take us if we were a new patient.

It's not usually more than a couple of days to see my Dr Patrick Chen. HE IS AMAZiNG, always going beyond to not only help me but actually listen as well. The receptionist staff are always helpful. Cheers too you all. BONNY

Never disappointed. Dr Bridget Bridget is superb. Thorough, kind and humorous. Donna in reception and Kylie are great. Good team.

I have found all the doctors at this surgery to be good at what they do, particularly my own doctor who goes above and beyond what should be expected of her. All the staff are caring and helpful.

Extremely pleased with the medical team and efficiency of the staff in welcoming us to our new surgery after transferring from Victoria.

This was my 3rd visit to this practice. The 1st 2 were positive experiences.not so today. Left extremely distressed, disappointed and distraught. Seemed like I was talking to a brick wall. Obviously there are some great practitioners there but sadly I won't be back.

Amazing reception staff and amazing doctor. Best medical interaction I've had in a very long time. Will definitely return.

After waiting half an hour after my appointment time my consultation with the doctor was informative and helpful!

The Doctors/Nurses and reception staff are all terrific. I highly recommend the Victoria Point Surgery. It is a bit of a drive for me to get there but their service is worth it.

Most experiences Ive had here have been really good, Especially Nick martin and Patrick Chan who have been my main health care providers but some of the reception staff are bigoted, rude and snappy, recommend just avoiding some of them. Shout out to Nick for being a blessing.

Drs are lovely, reception can't communicate. Dr was running behind, reception told me that they were aware but it wasn't until I phoned up an hour after my telehealth was due to take place that they told me they knew yet didn't think to alert the patients in advance.then they hung up on me then they didn't email out the medical certificate for my son who needs it to go back to preschool, with COVID already taking away a majority of the rebated childcare absent days you'd think emailing off a certificate with the reminders would be achievable. All the doctors here are beyond wonderful which is why we stay. If only the reception staff could have an upgrade. They've also in the past, not bothered to fax off forms because they just didn't know where to send them instead of following up, not alerted me of my dr wanting to see me, caused issues with other emails, blood tests and scripts. Maybe some technology training is in order?

Bruce the business owner is the most pathetic doctor who fails to treat his patients in any way shape or form. The worst medical practice in Victoria Point, claims others are abusive yet is more abusive himself. Long term health conditions made worse because he failed to treat. Abuses patients he is treating for mental health, WOW that really is taking care of your patients NOT!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff from the admin ladies at reception to the nurses and doctors. We feel comfortable, welcomed and know our health needs are in good and trusted hands

Doctors here really care and listen to your needs and medical problems. They help you move forwards with your goals to get your life back on track.
Something that I haven't experienced with other medical centres.
