I purchased most of my audio cable and in ear monitor needs from VFM. The staff are friendly and will help you find the product you need. What was good about them is they are honest and they would not let you buy their item if they think it is not suitable for your specific application, they would rather suggest an alternative. Fantastic products, but can be a bit slow replying to emails, and their courier of choice (CouriersPlease) is literally Australia’s slowest courier - but their products are very high quality.

Recently Purchased 2 Items from here.
Both where shipped extremely fast and arrived within less than a week. One of the cables i purchased came damaged Took photos of the damage with original postage package in background,
I then emailed the sales team with the details and the photos attached in less than 30min i received a reply and sorted out a resolution.

Great Customer Service That Goes Above & Beyond what is expected

I bought some foam sheets from VFM. The shipment I received still got recipient stickers to another customer. So it look like returned products from someone else. The sheets were supposed to be 1 x 1 meter but none of them was in the right size, varying from 900 x 950,900 x 1000 etc. I had built a frame to hold these sheets based on 1 x 1 meter. It caused me lots of extra efforts to fix.
