Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received from the old cranky pr**k at the front desk. Sourcing all my Bricklaying gear elsewhere from now on.

We needed a 3.6m double-sided fiberglass ladder for a job; order placed and delivery was more than reasonable; within a couple hours of placing the order Darren phoned to let us know there was some availability issues with our order, but offered us a better product in it's place.

Dont waste your time or money at Bunnings or Trade Tools; the Ladder Shop has excellent and prompt service, and are well priced. Will definitely be using them again.

These guys probably were good.the Frankenstein looking guy behind the counter is the worse salesman in Brisbane. He's been there for years.your better off buying online rather than buying from this joker

Pretty good. We come here for stuff for work pretty good for Brickies tools. And I love supporting the small businesses. Pity you aren’t everywhere or I would visit more often lol

Best place around for ladders. The service is second to none. Darren even replaced my lost ladder with a better one. Hand delivered it specially for me. Service like his is hard to find these days.
