Versace Timbers

I bought some fencing timber at Versace. First time I went into the yard with a younger worker and got some great wood. The second time I went, the grumpy old guy driving the forklift got the wood and must have been annoyed, because he gave me the worst timber in the yard. Unnecessary. I wouldn't recommend a company that will shit on its customers because some old tool can't control his emotions.

Thank you Neil for taking the time to assemble our order for T&G pine lining. The quality was excellent and it arrived without damage. The price was excellent as well.

Today I went into Versace Timbers to get advice on the different timber options for our new deck. I was greeted by Mitch who was absolutely brilliant. Not only friendly and extremely helpful, he was really informative on the products and he went above and beyond with his customer service. Even if we get a slightly higher quote from another company, we will most likely go with Versace Timbers based off Mitch's outstanding customer service.

If there customer care is anything like their total of lack of respect for road users, then this is a company to avoid. “Duggie” is an arrogant driver with an intentional attitude to hinder other drivers. When you put your company all over your car, you’re a driving billboard for your company’s image.

I rang Versace timber and the sales person was Neil Jones. I told Neil that I am looking to buy expensive timber and that another supplier was so honest that he rang me and told me that he is not happy with the quality of the timber that he order for me, he offered to refund me and cancelled the order. I then contacted Neil at Versace timber, I told him about the previous supplier and I made it very clear to Neil NOT to deliver my timber unless its of very good quality. Neil gave me his word and promised to personally inspect the timber prior to loading it. The delivery charge was very high due to the distance. I received the timber the following day.needless to say the quality was very bad. I told the driver to tell Neil that I am not happy with the Tim bar, Neil NEVER contacted me. I since sent 3 emails to Neil re the inferior quality. Neil ignored my emails.it is very disappointing indeed. I will never order from this shonky company again.

Versace Timber supplied me with some treated pine for a small DIY project and I am delighted with how it went. Ordering was easy, they made a courtesy call a couple of days out from delivery to confirm everything was still ok, Saxon the delivery driver managed to get the timber in to a tight spot with the crane truck and the material quality is excellent. I will use them again and recommend to my friends and family.

Main Layne Constructions has been using Versace Timbers for a lot of year's now and found them to be very competitive with pricing, and service that is really why we have been with the guy's for so long being a family business as like our own.

I've used Versace to supply the wood for two decks, and each time they've gone above and beyond. Their counter, floor and delivery staff will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need, in the condition you want.

Absolutely brilliant service from David at Versace. I had a very strict timeline and I'd been ringing around to loads of timber places. Not only was he able to get the timber I needed in time, but he was also able to finish the timber as per our requirements away from his warehouse. The posts arrived looking very glamorous!

We have been using Versace timbers for about 18 months now and there service is second to none. The timber and materials they supply are first rate and if the product is not up to scratch they replace it no questions asked. Awesome. Big fan.
