Veneta Blinds

I hope they don't ever close down. I love Veneta's price point. For what it cost, the quality of product is amazing. I was a bit apprehensive when the package came from china but 5 years (and multiple purchases after), my blinds are still in excellent condition! Except for 4 windows & sliding doors, I have Veneta blinds on everything else.

Excellent quality blinds but most importantly probably the best company I have dealt with. There was an issue with the shipping company and the guys handled and resolved this issue straight away. My next blinds will definitely be purchased here. Recommended!

Such a disappointing customer experience with Veneta Blinds. I ordered roman blinds, after ordering I was advised they don't have the fabric in stock, then upon receiving the blinds (well beyond the expected delivery date), the blind chain was far too short, so we couldn't reach it to pull the blind up easily. Upon contacting Veneta Blinds, they tried to charge me to replace the chains. When I advised their product was not usable they said they have strict legal requirements about the length of the chain. I then shared the legal standards for blinds lengths in Australia and they happily changed their tune about supposed legal requirements and replaced the chain. However, instead of sending me a connected chain, they sent a chain with a manual connector which means we still can't pull the blind the whole way up as the connector doesn't go through the spindle. At each turn, they have clearly been trying to cut costs. All in all, a laughable, and even misleading, customer experience with a below average quality product. This issue has still not been resolved. If you're looking for decent roman blinds, I'd suggest looking at blindsonline where I had a wonderful experience.

Purchased the day/night blockout roller blinds and was disappointed. The cost wasn’t too far off having someone come out and quote build and install. Then with the blinds the blockout blind is closest to the window and the sheer comes over the top, a bit silly. The blackout blind rolls up and shows the white outer side on the spool rather than the colour, so you have the colour blind and the white on the spool, it really shows and looks rubbish. Then last of all because of the bracket design and the sheer being on the wrong side the blockout does not blockout, about 100mm of sunlight gets in the top! Probably wouldn’t go with Veneta again.

Couldn’t be happier. Well priced, look great and so easy to instal. Moderate home handyman skills are required. These are after all still plantation shutters with moving parts. But the whole process was so easy and Phil was super helpful. I Fitted 4 blinds in an old federation house in an afternoon. Packages were well labelled and had everything I needed bar a screwdriver. Easier that ikea!

These guys are a pleasure to deal with. They take pride in their products and are quick and helpful customer service is professional. Their
products are easy to cut to size and fit they look great they are slimline as well so if you have them inside your windows you can double up with a venetian on the outter side or window sil for the cooler months. We purchased cellular blinds to block out the sun and heat to protect our piano but have decided now to do the whole house in them to beore energy efficient. We will be ordering our sheers from them too. Do it you won't regret it. We are so pleased.

This company is a joke. Apparently based in Brisbane but the blinds are manufactured overseas which causes huge delays. You better off dealing with a real blind place here in AU who makes blind rather than dealing with this web-based company who just orders online to manufacture overseas.

I uploaded some pics on how they look-like after just a few months. I contacted them and filled their documentation for reimbursement but they said what happened to my blinds are normal and happens to all Veneta Blinds. So if you are fascinated by photos in Veneta Website and are to purchase be aware that they won't last even one season in that look.

I am really unhappy with this purchase and recommend consider other purchase options.
I purchased a few double honeycomb blinds from Veneta a few months ago. Now they have lengthened about 200mm under their own weight. So that they are much longer and much thinner than when I purchased them. Getting thinner obviously has compromised their insulation feature, which was the reason I bought them in the first place. On the other hand, becoming longer has damaged their appearance as now they look flat at top and folded at bottom. Also their profile is not double honeycomb anymore but more likely double triangle.

Blind arrive as per notice, packaging was very good, blind fitted perfectly, could not be anymore satisfied with purchase.

We purchased several honeycomb blinds a few weeks ago. Excellent quality, easy to order and install. Perfect fit and the insulation factor is quite significant as some of the blinds are in full sun. We will definitely be ordering more honeycomb blinds from Veneta in the near future.

My roller blind from Veneta is now installed. All as I expected with no problems installing and product very satisfactory. Included Hardware mentioned "Installation Bracket including cover". Dont know what the cover is as not included and photos very faint so I couldn't see the 'covers'. I needed to ask a question, which was promptly and satisfactorily answered.

Just over two weeks ago I ordered two “Honeycomb Premium Corded” blinds for my boat. They arrived yesterday, I fitted them today and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the result. I have attached three photos. 1. Is the port side window. 2. Is the starboard side window with blind up. 3. Is the starboard side with blind down.

Our honeycomb blind was delivered within the time indicated in a good condition and with all the hardware needed for fitting.
Fitting was simple and the blind size spot on - about 2-3mm gap on each side.

My Veneta blinds look great. I installed eleven honeycomb blinds in my new extension. I am really happy with the quality and color of the blinds. They were easy to install and work beautifully. I did have one mishap. While unpacking one blind, I accidently cut the cord. I emailed Veneta, who sent me a new cord free of charge. Great service!

I purchased honeycomb blinds for our skylights and I’m very happy with them. They were very reasonably priced, good quality, fit perfectly and were delivered quickly.

Also the help I received in the lead up to purchasing the blinds was excellent. Advice on measuring and information on the blinds was given quickly and in such a friendly manner.
