Vans Outlet Brisbane DFO

I was fortunate to have Jay and Fraser helping me in store yesterday. No more Comfy Cush Boo Hoo so they suggested Pop Cush which fit perfectly. I got 2 pairs. I have orthotics so shoes are a challenge. They were super friendly efficient helpful cheerful! I was disappointed to hear staff don’t get free shoes as a bonus, like other nearby brands. Hmmmm management may wish to reconsider as these two staff members are definitely keepers!

I had a great experience at this store today! I was buying Vans for the first time, and Sara was incredible and knowledgeable with helping me pick the right ones. She showed me all of the after care and cleaning and what products to get and I leave the store feeling confident and satisfied. Shout out to Sara, great work! I will be returning here in the future:)

I went to Vans DFO Brisbane on Thursday aroudn 5: 00 pm and bought a pretty slip on in a very cheap price! (39.99)

There were two women who worked at the shop, shop was very busy and crowded - of course, it was a day before the Black Friday! - but two staffs are extreamly kind and friendly.

They did their best to find the design, size and also recommendation. Extreamly kind ️ Please let them know they are the best

Epic customer service! Shout out to Sara, quite literally the best customer service ever. I had a pair of shoes that were faulty. Sara was above and beyond every expectation- explaining the different types of shoes, laces, products. Good job!

Only place I go to get vans. Awesome staff and always have what you want and need. The selection of clothing and accessories is always good too.

Great warranty exchange experience in this store today.
My shoes had developed a fault in a short time, not typical of Vans shoes in my experience.
The store manager exchanged them right away and had me on my way home with a new pair of shoes within 10 minutes.

Really awesome and comfortable shoes, stock was limited granted I did go after the boxing day rush while there was still sales on. The sales man was very helpful, patient and had some good opinions, thanks a lot Declan for the help!

Staff are extremely helpful, and not overbearing. Didn't buy a pair of shoes in the end, but had a great retail experience.

Caution: if you order online for a "order and pick up instore" at this place you'll be played around. I did that and then went all the way to pick it up and then they said it wasn't there and there was a glitch in the online system or something and I'm still waiting for my refund for days

Outstanding service, partner got fitted/served really well and quickly to. Staff were super. They up sold my partner at every point but that's their job haha.

Had an awesome experience on Boxing Day. The main sales guy was still full of energy and helpful even though it was the near end of the day and probably the longest hardest day of the year.

Rude staff. Blasting music where you can't even hear yourself think and leave with a headache. Don't bother wasting your time. Would give 0 stars if possible

Good range of Vans products at this store however the prices aren't too different from full retail shops.

Still, you're able to save a few dollars which is always a good thing.
