Nice store, great prices but very small selection considering it’s a vans outlet store. Can definitely find a style too suit you but they do need to widen the range abit more, otherwise if your looking for some nice skate shoes at a great price this is the place!

I just wanted to make a review specifically, for an AMAZING staff member that works in this vans outlet. Her name is Sammy she is lovely and made my friends and Is shopping experience Wonderful, Sammy is so friendly we felt extremely comftable and satisfied with her service! Give her a raise?

Popped in here just to have a look and ended up picking up 2 amazing pairs of Half Cabs. All the staff in store where so nice! Especially the guy who helped me find the shoes I was looking for. Absolutely made my day!

They are so nice people in there that is the vans store on the Gold Coast they always have a sale on it is the best

They say sale yet they are all pretty much full price, head next door to platypus shoes and the same vanes are actually on sale.

Every staff member helped me with sizes. The shoes are the best I’ve ever seen, and all on special. Fluffy ones, flowery ones, highly recommend visiting.

Horrible management - have only heard awful things about the way this place is run.staff barely get trained at all and there is a horrible and toxic work environment.treats their workers badly and has an awful way of deciding who to give shifts to! I love the Vans brand but if you're ever looking at a possible job here I wouldn't definitely encourage you to look elsewhere as many of the people I've met who worked here would agree

Assistant did exactly that, super helpful and friendly even though I rocked up just before closing.

I went to this vans outlet store to buy parts for my 2011 Toyota Hiace however they said they didnt stock parts for it. Very frustrating as it is quite a popular van so I thought a store specially for vans should have parts for it. Definately wouldn't recommend coming back here

It Vans.what else can I say. Great staff very helpfull but not to pushy. Overall a good shopping experience.

Customer service guy was so nice to my family - a busy day of shopping in a hectic shopping centre with 3 kids in tow is a nightmare, but Blair or Blake sorry unsure of his name was great with my kids and obviously loves what he does. He entertained the kids while hubby tried on shoes and helped us get great deals without being pushy and explained how to maintain the cleanliness of your shoes. Funny guy too, he said the socks with flames on them make the kids run faster - LOL!

You never quite know what bargains you will find but there is always something in the Vans outlet shop to keep you happy!

Vans outlet is one of the best places to shop especially if buying multiple pairs of shoes like we did, you save so much money and you get the value out of these shoes. My kids all love vans! Only place to go

Were buying two pairs of shoes $160, both
In stock. But took our business to the competitor.

Then there is Ole mate in the muscle shirt,
Doing absolutely nothing, but standing there
like hes a paid guard.what a joke!
