My partner never enjoyed shopping until he found Urbanna, not only does he receive great customer service everytime he shops here but he also gets a hair cut from the barber whilst he’s there and a coffee to go for when he’s finished shopping! Without a doubt the most passionate and knowledgeable team of people in the mens fashion industry I've come across in the country. Sam and Kaan's constant commitment to providing an unrivalled service both in terms of product quality, and innovative & unique designs as well as around the clock personalised service to their clients, can be summarised by a situation I encountered last year: I don't think you could find me another boutique who is willing to send its brand manager 20 minutes drive away to a ball I was attending - at 8pm on a Friday evening - to bring me a new shirt after I called them asking if they had any, since someone had just spilt red wine all over me.
Hands down the only place to go for all things mens fashion.
