I couldn't be more happier with this product. The workmanship and finish was exactly what was promised, The best part is i did it all over the internet and didn't even have to drive all the way there. For once a 5 star shopping experience.

Courtney and the team at Urban Pad Furniture we great to deal with. They worked with us to create a bespoke dual desk set up. Upon installing the desk I noticed a few holes were not drilled but this wasn't an issue thanks to the professionalism of Courtney and the team who worked with me to problem solve and have the matter rectified within days. I can't recommend these guys enough. Support local. We will be using Urban Pad / KNC Kitchens again in the future.

This company are fantastic! We purchased a entertainment unit and the quality is amazing. I purchased samples first to see colours and they arrived promptly. I ordered the product and expected to wait four week but is was ready earlier. When I went to collect the item the men who helped put it in the car were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them.

We ordered a custom made TV unit and Courtney was amazing. We also went down to the Gold Coast workshop and the staff there were so helpful and amazing. We had so many questions and emails back and forth with Courtney, and each time she would go out of her way o help us till we got the right size and design we were after.

We have purchased 2 custom built desks over the last 12 months. The quality is excellent, the workshop have quick turnaround times and all team members are friendly and helpful. We travel from the Sunshine Coast to pick them up - well worth the drive!

So very happy with the quality of our custom made Harvard desk! They were super easy to deal with, hassle free, and was amazingly quick! I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality custom made furniture on reasonable price point.

We originally wanted to put some overheads in our study so we looked at Bunnings as typical DIY'ers do and a friend recommended Urban Pad Furniture and boy am I glad they did! By the time I had put my enquiry in for a quote, they had gotten back to me the same day with a price (a great price at that which included delivery and installation). I couldn't fault these guys at all from the very start of my experience to the very end. For any of our future custom designed cabinetry, I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Ordered two office furniture pieces for my WFH Office, was disappointed in what was in the market at some of the other big name stores. Luckily found urban pad furniture and they had exactly what I was looking but just the dimensions were not right. However changing the dimensions to fit was not a problem for them at all. Definitely will be going back in the future for more custom furniture.

I purchased one of the Duke desks from Urban Pad about a month ago. I had a couple of questions prior to purchase and their customer service and response time was excellent (<1 day). Delivery was super fast (later that week) and the product is fantastic quality and just what I was looking for. The desk is solid, but quite light, and some little rubber feet might help it slide less on my tile floor, but no complaints and highly recommended!

They are very helpful and responsive in answering design queries and the turn around time from sign off to install was quicker than expected. The install team was friendly and helpful also. Prompt service and a custom desk delivered in less than a week. Being a shift worker, having different methods of communication means a lot to me, and this company will contact you however is easiest for you, not them.
