Thankyou so much for the excellent service! I was visiting Townsville and needed some serious eyebrow work, UM did not disappoint! I can’t remember the lovely girl’s name who looked after me and talked me through every step of the process but she was very professional and I am extremely happy with my new eyebrows!

Really friendly staff, beautiful rooms, love the vibe. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted, shape was perfectly suited to my face, colour match was excellent and very reasonably priced. All round really positive experience, I will be returning.

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted today, plus an eyelash tint with Abbie. Abbie, you are amazing! I love my brows and lashes. I've never not had my eyes water when waxed, amazing! Definitely going to become a regular! Such a lovely salon and lovely girls all!

Loved the vibe of the salon upon walking in, staff were upbeat and positive. Taylah did an amazing job with my first brow lamination, she took me through everything step by step and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. The place was lovely and the staff were also! I paid for the Classic Signature brows. The lady who did my brows was skilled, experienced and lovely she listened to all my concerns and requests and made sure the colour was perfect for me. However, it may be useful to update your website to avoid giving misleading information as I did not receive a complimentary eye mask, consultation on how to fill/ maintain brows or advice on what products to use (These are listed on the website) and when I asked her these about these services and it didn’t seem she knew what I was talking about. Overall still a great experience
