Had done the Case Study Assessment but all the answers and the marking of those are missing. Have contacted support and no responce and they ignore you on the live chat.

My employer paid for this and now will have to look elsewhere at my own expense and redo everything again.

I had a great experience studying this course. Highly recommend to co-workers whoever is in need.

Bloody awesome to learn things we thought we did but were lacking. So don't hold back just do it.

The Qld RSA Course was an online course that was well paced, covered all the necessary information required and at a reasonable price. The assessments were done via the pc and 3rd party assessment.

One of the best experiences I've had the pleasure of interacting with in regards to online training. The course I did (TLIF0005 Apply a fatigue risk management), is thorough and on point, and doesn't deviate from the relevant topic. The supplementary material is quite vast and I was able to download and keep them for future use. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The CoR TLIF3 course was daunting at the start, but as I went through the modules, it became riveting. The CoR legislation has and will have a significant impact on how we shape our organisation in fostering the safety and well being of our employees.

Definitely worth $20 and meets the NT requirements for the RSA certificate. A few IT issues with the power point presentations which I have reported. Nonetheless, I would recommend Urban E Learning to my colleagues. It was thorough and presented well and I enjoyed my overall learning experience. The staff when contacted were all great too which is a bonus.

The most lengthy and excessive program/training that I have ever completed to receive my RSA or any certificate for that matter. You would never have to jump through as many hoops with any other company when completing a course like this, it was beyond a joke. I lost 2 shifts of work because of the way this company handles their paperwork and clients. Wouldn't accept some answers given by myself or my manager and had to use so many bouts of specific terminology to gauge whether I was capable as a learner to be able to responsibly serve alcohol. No guidance and if you make any mistake on their online test you have to restart all over again. Have to get 100% perfect in every capacity or you fail again and again
