Urban Climb Milton reviews
46Bouldering only. Kid friendly, no cafe. It was good for an hour or so on a wet weekend but the kids quickly grew bored with the walls they could attempt. Nice to try it out, don’t know if we’ll be back.
It’s a bit far from CBD but really good place. The gym is really nice with bunch of friendly people. Love the vibe here.
I’ve been to climbing gyms all around the world and this is still my favourite.
The walls are varied and the problems well set, with something for everyone. The atmosphere is nice and membership is a good value proposition. The gym downstairs is well equipped. The yoga class are also excellent, with good teachers and sequences tailored to the muscles actually needed for climbing.
Great beginner gym. The staff were friendly, great fitness facilities downstairs. The gym is quite small which would be fine if the setters utilised the space better. Large sectors were sparse to not set at all and the top metre of the wall was practically blank. Ended many of the climbs looking for the rest of the boulder problem
Despite being a small gym there are lots of well set, fun, and challenging boulders for all skill levels. Reasonably priced once you get the membership. Everywhere is always clean, and staff always friendly.
My daughter has been going to urban climb for a few years always gets a good work out and has fun its a shame there isnt a cafe or restaurant
I love Urban Climb Milton! Extremely fun setting and quite unique compared to West End and Newstead. Milton is also usually pretty chill compared to the others too.
I just did yoga with Debby, it was one of the best classes I have ever been to. The practice worked on strength, flexibility, stability with movement and empowerment. She was able to guide different intensities and corrected postures
Here for yoga classes upstairs. Book online. Debbie is an amazing yoga teacher. She helps me to let go of all of my stresses.
Not bad, I did have fun but the place is quite small, really not many boulders, I wouldn’t recommend membership but definitely good if you want to go as a casual bouldering to diversify from your main gym
Great place for bouldering for okay pricing. But the subscription model is a bit over priced, I've heard the west end bouldering half is better, but I've always had a better time here at the milton one.
Friendly staff and some interesting problems on all colour levels. They just need to reset areas more often as it can be weeks before something new appears.
Always a good afternoon climbing with the tribe at Milton. There is such a great energy about the place. Love it.
We came on 2/1 at around 5: 15pm. The staff with long curly hair was very rude and annoyed, gave unclear instructions and rolled his eyes because I didn’t understand him. Not a friendly environment for beginners. Would not return or recommend
Great environment for anyone looking to try bouldering. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and approachable. I went myself and made friends easily. A lot of different skill level walls to scale. Will definitely be back again
Good experience and good facilities however small, often crowded and hard to get a car park, expensive compared to similar places.
Good place to let off some steam.
Would definitely recommend for a fun morning out:) staff are very friendly!
Shame about the price offerings, very limited, push you to an expensive monthly membership, obviously they don't want people whom can't climb regularly and thus want them to go somewhere else.shame really as i had a really good introduction to bouldering here.
Awesome vibe here - free water, friendly staff ; definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area
Interesting pricing model, makes it hard for casual visits, hence looking to climb elsewhere that has casual visits. Good facilities however and often clean. On the smaller side for climbing gyms, which makes it hard again to justify the pricing. Car park is small, but there is street parking. Very friendly staff, they are happy to help with Any questions which was helpful.
