Highly recommend Cornwall st Medical. Jess has always gone above and beyond, ensuring we get the best care. I’ve never come across such a professional, dedicated service that Jess provides each and every time. She has not only been able to care for myself but also extended family. I would recommend anyone looking at a GP to come and visit Jess. You will always be greeted by the happiest smile and hello!

Exceptional medical practice. Friendly, efficient and helpful administrative staff; caring and dedicated medical and other professional staff; well-resourced rehabilitation centre, and in-home pharmacy. Patients can choose which Dr they prefer- my GP (Dr Brad P) is the best diagnostic practitioner I have ever had. I also have been treated by other doctors in the practice who are also excellent.

These people are great. The reception staff are so lovely and helpful. Dr SJ is caring and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this medical practise to everyone.

The receptionists are fabulous at communicating with my amazing doctor on my behalf when I am worried about the health of my family. Really glad I moved into the area and found this centre.

For 5 years I have attended this practice and each time I feel respected. All the receptionists and treating medical staff are never too busy to listen to me. Their holistic and empathetic approach empowers me and I feel valued. They go out of their way to assist me and this is what I want from a medical practice. This is why I continue to be a patient even though I reside 15km away. Thank you all

I was really well looked after by dr sharujan sivasubramaniam helping me throughout the season with old and new injuries Recommended me to a great surgeon where I was able to an old injury looked after:)

Excellent healthcare at this facility. Dr Caroline is caring, professional, empathetic, accommodating and goes over and above to meet and support my health care needs. Administration staff, especially Gina, have always been prompt and helpful over the phone. Highly recommend this practice.

I rang to make an appt.with Dr Madhar today and spoke with Leanne who was very professional had a calm voice, I wasn't feeling well so she helped relax me.

Evon has a nasty attitude through the phone regarding a medication that isnt working properly for me and making me drowsy for more then 12 hours. She needs to be reviewed asap for raising her voice through the phone passive aggressively. I have my own company and would not put her at reception in my own company. Contact me personally to discuss further.

Lovely service by the Drs but I've always had run ins with one particular receptionist. She has the worst attitude in history and when asked to make a simple booking she acts like it's the end of the world.

I rang up earlier today to adjust my appointments and this receptionist did not listen to me at all. She ended up making 3 appointments and not creating a telehealth for one of them when I specified that I couldn't physically get to the clinic.

It's embarrassing how she treats the patients. If you don't like your job, find a new one and quit. Take your unpleasantness elsewhere.

I dont normally write reviews but in this case I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from this medical centre. Im new to the area and can not express enough what a wonderful friendly reception I received from Gina and how happy I am to find such a wonderful doctor as Dr Dona. It is so reassuring to find a doctor who I have confidence in to look after my medical needs with such a genuine care for my well being. This is what health care should look like!

My experience has not been great unfortunately, I went there a few times and always felt rushed and not dealt properly. I requested my information to be sent to another medical center and is taking days.not really helpfull customer service to be honest.

Always really accomodating receptionists who try to always get me in ASAP. I’ve seen a few different doctors on short notice as this isn’t my usual GP clinic and they’ve always been kind and respectful and helped with my needs. Overall great clinic and would recommend.

I've seen two different doctors here for different reason each time and both were very thorough and did not brush off my concerns. Did not cut corners and I would gladly recommend.

Amazing care from this medical centre, from the reception staff to the doctors! Dr Bradley Plettell is one of the best GPs one could ask for, he goes above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

Very impressed with Dr Mowat, Cassie (the receptionist?) and the nurse working in the Cornwall street respiratory clinic. Very professional and friendly. After various problems with my normal GP practice, I will be switching to Cornwall street Medical Centre for all my medical needs after being cared for so well by these 3 ladies. So appreciated.

I highly recommend this place!
I've been to this medical centre for at least 3 years and still attend here even after moving to another suburb. It is a clean, modern and nice medical centre with kind, friendly doctors and staff. I've seen multiple doctors over the years including Dr Flanders, Dr Ratnaweera, Dr Cao and a few others when I couldn't see my regular doctor. Appointments are easy to book with Hotdoc or by calling and the medical centre is close to public transport and next to PA Hospital, making it convenient to get to. They've also got free undercover parking.

You occasionally need to wait extra for appointments but that is understandable as emergencies happen.

I was most impressed with Dr Cao when he performed a skin cancer check. I have now recommended him to other people who have attended and also been very satisfied with his advice and treatment
