For a start the link sent to me doesn't work properly, I can't see all the services to choose the service I used. I used dry cleaning I think, I wanted stain removal I don't know how they attempted to remove the metal stains and pumpkin stains. The metal stains mostly were removed but the pumpkin stains were not. I can easily remove the pumpkin myself with bleach. But one would expect the garments to be returned clean. The aprons came back yellowed with white blotches, pumpkin stains still on them and the fabric looking very old. One apron now has a small hole in the pocket. I already have soaked the aprons in bleach since getting them home and removed the stains myself.

I had accidentally spilled wax on my expensive parka. Really happy with the removal of the wax. The customer service was excellent, they were prompt and very professional. Thank you.

Quick turn around and decent service at the register, but the results
(for me, the most important part) were disappointing. After taking a dry cleaning item back once, didn't bother a second time and just did it myself. Not sure I'll go there again.

First time Upton user, had a brand new duvet cleaned. Service was distinguished, professional, really quick and about $80 less than what I expected to pay. Received the item neatly packaged in a clean reusable zipped bag. Very impressed, will definitely use their again. Highly recommend!

I have asked Uptons to clean some very expensive shirts and have always been pleased with the results. They clean my coats annually for winter and are very honest and upfront about Mark's they can't remove. I wouldn't go anywhere else as their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent.

I bought a wedding dress not knowing the pen mark on it. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to remove it. Chris and Marcus at uptons did a great job removing it and dry cleaning. They returned my dress looking fresh and pressed perfectly. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Excellent job of dry cleaning my 3 piece Tuxedo. Never had to do one of these before so not sure how the pricing rates but the job was outstanding and you only do this type of item not very often, well at least for me anyway. Can highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of this business. I am not a local, however, whilst I was visiting the Gold Coast I urgently needed a suit cleaned. I called on a Saturday afternoon and needed the suit for a Monday, and I was only arriving in QLD on the Sunday. Victoria went out of her way to make this happen. She allowed me to drop the suit off to her personal address on a Sunday, cleaned and pressed the suit and even fixed a button that I didn't even know was broken. This was all done with amazing communication, friendly service and got the suit back to me in time for my event. The customer service and quality of work is second to none.

Inconsistent quality, inconsistent price. Rude service. Once a very regular customer but after too many poor experiences no more. I had on one occasion even paid for the alteration, which was very overpriced, got it home and it hadn't even been done. Quality is also very inconsistent.

Couldn’t recommended Upton Southport enough! They were so kind to deal with my stain disaster at last minute and were only helpful.

Upton Dry Cleaning are our only dry cleaners. Great staff (esp Roxanne!), excellent care and open 7 days. My weekly shirts, suits and seasonal bedding. A very satisfied and loyal customer.

Uptons have remedied the loss of my jacket to my satisfaction. Turns out their agent lost it and so they did not receive it. However, they negotiated a solution that was adequate and I appreciate the proposal of a solution that was fair in the circumstances. Thank you Uptons.

Fantastic Dry Cleaner. Great service and the latest equipment. Drive thru for a quick drop off and pick up. The staff are lovely (must make mention of Roxanne who I met at the front counter. She was extremely friendly and helpful). Would highly recommend the business.
